- Here are the RoboCop Easter eggs we found in RoboCop: Rogue City! From trophies like “I’d Buy That For A Dollar!”, to memorable locations like the OCP Headquarters, and even nuclear-themed board game, NUKEM, the recently released RoboCop: Rogue City is chock-full of easter eggs and references to the RoboCop movies! Here are all the RoboCop Rogue City Easter eggs we've spotted so far.

@@TheSteel101 are you kidding? All the detail in this game and you still call the devs lazy? Idiotic take. The reflection issue is an engine limitation because of the lower budget.
That would require time, understanding, and creativity. Something AAA Game Devs lack. Which, itself, fits the Cyberpunk themes of the universe nicely.
Easter eggs don't equal respect and care, this game is alright but nothing groundbreaking

You can find the Delta City model soaked in blood from the 1st movie in a deposit nearby the conference room at the same floor on the OCP building.
Came here to say that... surprised IGN didn't mentioned it, because it's only a little off the beaten path.

The fact that they even went through the trouble to use the same news anchor from the first film shows just how much love and attention to details went into this game.
not only that 7:31 the nuke addicted teenager is a clever nod to the robocop 2 novelization which kept the elements that were cut from the film including murphy's personal war on nuke he didn't want his son to end up like a junkie or a drug dealer like hob. Now if they make a dlc that explains the different police station in the third sequel and have it end the same way as the novel then I'd buy that for another dollar!
The early model of Delta City that was destroyed when Ed 209 killed Kinney is in one of the storage doors at the OCP headquarters.
Easily one of my favorite games of 2023. Highly recommend playing this.
Another piece of Easter Egg graffiti is near the chop shop in Old Detroit (upper right section of the map). There's an eye graphic with an OCP logo as the pupil, and the words, "They Fix Everything". Reference to Lewis and Murphy's conversation after Robocop shanks Boddicker in the Steel Mill.
This game is honestly amazing.
It's just ok. Remember Rambo the video game? Same devs did this.
@@adriantrusca1245 this game and the Terminator Resistance game are far better than the Rambo one, that game was on rails style game.
Terminator Resistance and Robocop were more about sticking to what made the original movies iconic.
Robocop is famous for his quotable lines, bloody violence, Auto 9 Pistol, the movements he makes, and you care about the main characters.
Terminator in the same sort of sense had quotable lines in the first 2 movies, hiding from Terminators, bloody violence, the music, sound effects from the plasma rifles. Everything makes those original movies amazing and that's what they were doing with the games.

1:53 There actually is a chance to use the Cobra Cannon a bit earlier than the Sniper sequence near the end. When you go to Downtown when the gangs are rioting, near the courthouse where the ED-209 is running around, is a Sniper that has it *and* it's in a spot you can get up to with a ladder. Made scrapping the 209 as *easy* as it looks in the movie.
Found it, and demolished ED-209 in just 3 shots. Sometimes it takes 2 shots like in the first movie, but make sure you don’t miss, and shoot the droid in the square mouthpiece weak spot.
You know the story about Verhoeven's wife convincing Verhoeven to give it a go after not wanting to do it?
There's a reference to that as well in a quest where you go and find a movie for Pickles.
Teyyon are a great developer, when they take a project, they show much love to it.
Terminator resistance, they done the same.
Idk if someone has already mentioned this, but not only is there a new model of Delta City in the OCP conference room. You can find the old model which was destroyed when Mr. Kinney was gunned down by ED-209 in a storage room down the hall. It still has Mr. Kinney's blood stains on it.
Teyon really did their homework on Robocop and brought us this amazing game!!
You can find the bloodied model of Delta City in a room in OCP headquarters. Also there is a sidemission related to MagnaVolt where you have to investigate an electrified car.
When looking through the police records, you find officer Duffy... The cop that gets killed by Cain in Robocop 2
And officer Frank Frederickson. He's the cop in critical condition (shot by Clarence) mentioned in the opening newscast of the first film who later dies. Reed comes in with Cecil early in the film to empty his locker - which is where we get the lore that Cecil is responsible for handling the affairs of cops killed in the line of duty.
If the inevitable patch to fix minor bugs (and hopefully give us a NG+) doesn't have "Glitches leave!" somewhere in the patch notes, I'm going to be disappointed.
BTW we did get an NG+, and they even throw in a Golden Auto-9! Sadly, nothing about "Glitches" was mentioned :D
When you visit the downtown area for the second time you can go find two citizens near where the commercial shoot was and one of them says something like "Yeah I'm saving up for the SUX 6000" to which the other replies "I'd buy that for a dollar!"
It will always be funny to me how the Cobra Assault Cannon was complete and utter fiction in the 1980s, and now there's a variant of the Barrett M82 that fires 25mm grenades in real life.
There are a bunch of other 80's references as well. The fish market guy looks and sounds like a great value brand Bill Cosby, Wendell is CLEARLY Hans Gruber from Die Hard and there's a warehouse in the later levels that looked a lot like the one from the ending of Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Officer Ulysses Wilson is a reference to Axel Foley from Beverly Hills Cop. He's even wearing a jacket that looks like Eddie Murphy's jacket from Beverly Hills Cop 2
Pretty sure the robots that we fought in the game are just the Robocop 2.0 chassis without human brains in there

MagnaVolt - there is whole sidequest that starts with car fitted with magnavolt
Robocop copycats - in the game they were transformed into fully automated robots. Thats major plotpoint of the game, that Becker do not want machines mixed with "faulty" human parts.

The photo seen at 6:52 is seen in the Juneberry mall level where Murphy visits his old apartment in an hallucination. He grabs a camera and gets flashed by it, resulting in the camera changing to a rendition of this picture. Loved that.
1:27.......the Nukem game board prop you see here makes an appearance in Back to the Future 2 - in Marty's house where he has the video call with Needles, you see the game board (complete with its missiles) on the coffee table. An easter egg that so many miss haha!!
At the end of the game it turns out he was not his brother. OCP made it up to trigger Robocop's emotions.

The Delta City Model in the boardroom is new, yes. However, if you go into one of the backrooms, you can see the original one, still destroyed and stained in blood. Which makes for a double Easter Egg!
There is another Cobra Assualt Rifle on the roof, nearby where you fight your last ED-209 😉
They should make a sequel that rewrites robocop 3 to be more adult but keep a simular story

A "New Game +" mode would be awesome as well, would love to play a new game with stats and upgrades carried over from previous playthroughs.
There were actually several 6000 SUX sprinkled throughout the game, not just in the one mission. Also, the Dino was just on walls as graffiti in the downtown Detroit areas.

You can find the wrecked Delta City model in a supply room in OCP...
At the end when robo old man throws becker on that city model refers for me to the secene where ed209 shoots that dude in the office on that city model
there is a car equipped with magnavolt in a side mission where the other cops aren't willing to touch a car to investigate a dead body for fear of electicution
The bloodied Delta City model from the boardroom scene in the first movie can be found in a storage room when searching the OCP tower. 😉
You can actually find the original blood soaked model of Delta City in a closet on the top floor of the OCP building.
It needs more Scene 27 of Our Robocop remake

Actually the guy was strangled to death by his secretary who tried to blackmail him, and a homeless man was burned to the hand trying to get in the car with the dead body. "Who killed Simon Page?" side quest.
