Maybe I didn't hear you well. There are occupations eligible for skilled worker visa and among that list they have some occupations that are classed as shortage occupations.

I HAVE A QUESTION: For those employers who can not meet up with the new minimum annual threshold of over 30k but need workers urgently, what should they do? Is there any provision by the UK government to support them?
You suppose to have known by now that it's out of place to pass comment on people's body negatively especially when they are are not close. It's insensitive and immature.
Are you able to clarify what care workers means in the UK, are professions like Nurses, Biomedical scientists, physiotherapist classify as Care workers. And what is the new salary threshold for these professions to get a sponsored job and are they able to come with their dependant after March 11? Thank you

Does it mean that for people that there COS has not been approved by home office and the old Soc code was used, it will be refused and employers are required to make a new COS application from 4th April

My husband is the student and presently working as an apprentice in plumbing and I am working as a care assistant with barchester healthcare. And they are not sponsoring at the moment. Please a quick question…I am currently under the Health and care skilled worker visa as the main applicant, but I have got intentions to change employer in future, so if this happens, can my partner still remain under me when I switch to another employer or he will be required to have another COS considering the new immigration law that takes effect from March 11.
Ur partner will switch with you. No need to worry
The new immigration rule does not affect those that were already here with their dependant

So I have a quick question, I have been on health and care visa, and my partner on the dependent visa. So assuming I switch my employer to another skilled worker visa (not health and care), met all salary thresholds, can my partner switch or extend her dependent visa with me? Hello Nenelle, pls one of my friend that wrote Ielts academic standard got: L 7.5, R 6, W 7, S 7. Pls which of the care work can she do. Thou she is a registered nurse thou. Another question is if she decide to write ukvi can she also use the result to registered with NMC in a case when the score is 7 in each of the module?

@@joycelarbi1647most employers are saying Ghana is on the red list so is likely to get employed if you are a Ghanaian living outside Ghana because Ghana and Zimbabwe is added to WHO shortage list, two employers disqualified my sister based on this fact, just on health care list
@@joycelarbi1647 you have to understand that there must be A. LOT. of applicants in that particular sector seeing as the barrier of entry into the care worker field is among the lowest in Healthcare

It's a funny suggestion but I think he is still correct. I don't think the way she talk is absurd but the video speed itself seems turned to 2x by itself 😊
