Scalpel: Slashing weapon.
When equipped by any [support class], all moves from this weapon used by the holder immediately have 100% accuracy and will result in a critical success. (aka roll 20).
Edit(A): Weapon attack 5 so that this thing isn't overpowered.
Edit(B): "All moves" means doing anything with the scalpel. (picking locks, amputating small limbs, all attacks are critical hits, etc.)
Edit(C): You can only amputate/cut something with a 100% success rate if the target is incapacitated and the target limb/item is smaller than the scalpel itself. (The scalpel is about 4 inches long and 1 inch wide.)
Edit(D): Anything with skin that has the durability of wood or higher automatically blocks all attacks made be this weapon (e.g. You can't chop off the fingers of constructs simply because they're small enough). (You all asked for nerfs so here's one.)

Both you and the video say it was his right hand he lost, but the prosthetic in the video is a left hand. Is the image simply reversed or was this a design mistake he had to live with?

It used to be that you could only have so many hard drives in a single computer, and in order to keep things clear, each one connected was given a name related to it's 'rank' in the boot order. You could have the Primary Master, the Primary Slave, the Secondary Master, and the Secondary Slave. If the Primary Master drive fails to boot, the Primary Slave drive boots instead. If the Primary Slave fails to boot, the Secondary Master boots. You probably get it.
So this floppy being a 'master' means it's probably meant to be first in the load order. There may be more than one floppy in that package.
