      2. When the home sells, where are you planning to move?
      3. Got it, and how soon would you like that to happen?
      4. Will you need time after we close to live in the home as you’re making the move?
      5. Got it, now, is it an option to stay in the home, maybe rent it or have you decided that you’d like
      to sell at this point?
      6. What improvements have you made to the home since living there that might impact the
      home’s selling price?
      7. I’m going to send you an email with a detailed pricing analysis that will allow you to look at
      comparable homes and my listing plan of action, can you review that prior to our meeting?
      8. Our meeting should be about 30 min and we’ll cover a pricing strategy that will cause your
      home to sell for a premium, we’ll review all the numbers and then at the end of our meeting, we
      can discuss if working together makes sense, does that sound fair?

    So i found a potential seller for this buyer & their agent. Of course i want the commission and ive talked to the seller they are option to a offer. Just trying to get my verbiage together to get them to sign listing agreement? Any thoughts?

    So why have a different presentation for Expressive personality types? Sounds like you can just use another?
    In fact, why not have 1 presentation and 1 'one-pager' that gets to the point use them for everyone
    You give the one-pager first, for the Drivers, then the 1 presentation that shows how much you care and then gets into all the numbers.
