Hey Brandon! I have binge watched all of your videos! 🤣 I know you mentioned that there was a way to pull a list of potential buyers from the MLS if someone has a listing in that area, correct? Would you mind explaining how to pul that one more time? I just started regenerating today and I had a really great call with somebody who withdrew their listing yesterday with another realtor, but I think showing her that I have a list of potential buyers would be huge! Thank you for all of your help! I drank my coffee out of my Vulcan seven mug today. 😄
You can search this by looking up your specific MLS or calling your MLS and ask them to show you how to do "Reverse Prospecting"
I am in GA. You can only do this if it is your listing. Unless it has changed recently

Hey Brandon been watching your content this whole year going to be taking my real estate license test next month I want to get coached by you how much does your coaching cost?
Hey, I’m in his coaching now. It’s $3500 for the course and the coaching. It’s like $1000 just for the course. Do the full coaching- It’s sooo worth it!
How can you prepare the CMA presentation if you never saw the property? How can you find the the comps, if you don't know how the hole looks?! This is really complicated, and for me since I work selling flats, the flats in the same building could be.
Maybe in the USA is different, because I never saw coach teaching what to do separately in the first appointment, when I'll see the appartement, the building, and know the seller, and the second appointment when I'll show the CRM to the seller.
Could somebody explain, why you didn't do the first appointment to visit the homes before search for the comps?! Thank you so much in advance.

Why do you go back and look at the price again. Do you have the client sign the listing agreement at the meeting? I do this. I take a listing agreement and agree to price at the meeting.
