There's a newer way to reroll just figured it out (new player here). Basically there's a tab that makes you delete current guest account and create a new one. You will have to type "confirm" in the text box and then rinse repeat.

This is the second guide that would've been helpful to watch BEFORE I started playing 2 weeks ago. I think youtube's algorithm is messed up cause it kept giving me different cotc videos instead of actual guides for the game, despite literally typing, "Beginner's Guide to Octopath Cotc." -_-
Thanks for this. I'm glad to know my Millard is a decent 5* support, despite not being as nearly as awesome as Lynette. I also caved and have Roland and Frederica now. I wasn't sure how to feel about them at first, but both seem pretty good. Roland feels like he hits like a truck.

Millard is decent, really. in the end it's about having fun and not having the very best units. but with Frederica and Roland you now have 2 of those hehe
I was supposed to be saving my rubies but i committed to trinity of fire and ended up with falco as my guarantee. Now to hope i can pull something decent on the anniversary banners
I also got Falco :o but I didn't have him so I feel really good about it :3 let's cross our fingers what the anniversary brings us!

@@free2PlayerCotC to be honest if you make the videos like this on any topic, example like how to class up units from 4.5 to 5* maybe what to focus on doing when you first start your journey in orsterra like focus on story, equipment, how to unlock nameless town and the many things that can be done there, and so on even tho there are lots of videos already but if you make them similar to this video I think there great you give alot of information you make it easy for people to understand and your videos don't go on for one hour although I personally could watch your videos for ages lol, and I would like to see masters tower 3rd floor done without A2 and hasumi because I don't have thos lol

I got my U10 Lynette from this banner too!
.. and it is just awesome, isn't it? :D but I have to get used to it, having the ult ready so fast. My usual team comps can't handle the speed :3
I'm a f2p player but I've been trying to reroll for the Lynette/Viola combo.
On one device I got Lynette as my starter and pulled Sofia (5 star) from the anniversary banner. On another device I got Viola as my starter and pulled Scarecrow (5 star) and Primrose (5 star) from the anniversary banner.
Should I keep rerolling? Or just start using one of the two accounts...
viola, scarecrow and prim are very good for the start. as the fire and ice combo of Lynette and Sophia is. I would toss a coin:3 and have fun with the game ❤️
My Man, question. SEA Server is about to open. since its a single player game, what happens when you complete the story? are there any content you can do in the game?

I got sophia but i already binded my acc and chapt 2 on Wealth, power and fame i didn't know about reroll until now
it seems like you need to uninstall the app and delete all cache files to start anew. but having Sofia as a starter is a very good choice, too. so don't worry, just have fun with the app.
Should i pull at the banner with 2k roobs for lynette? Or just wait for anniv, i dont have any good buffers in my team yet, only primrose
Prim is amazing! I can't say if the Anni brings Lynette with stones so I can't suggest you to wait.. and the taverntalk where it is announced is a few days after the banner is offline .. the 5th pull is not guaranteed to give you Lyn, molu or Hayes so It is on you if you dare to go for pulls :/ tell me how it went :D

Agreed viola is great to starting from reroll.. me too.. in early she carried a lot even i dont hv any buffer... Damn.. imagine 8 month playing only use meena and mabel for p.atk and p.def buff.. sad me.. now i got TITHI and prim still i love Lynette.. well i dont know cotc now like a dead game and low % to get anything we want.. all rubies gone 😢
I love all my 4 stars I used so long until a 5 star came along who could surpass them. It's such a great game :D

Hello friend, how do you make factions to lv 50? I already done all the story and contents and barely reach lv 42 in the three factions
I leveled up all 4 stars to level 74. That's how you get even more influence :3
come from SEA Server thank you for your guide. for now, I have Viola, Lynette, Fiore, Sofia, Scarecrow(4 stars) if i have the chance I want to find a Theo because I don't have axe damage in my team(even 4 star is 3-star version) lol

I got almost of all starter characters except Millard and Gilderoy. Here is my character now:
- Lynette (5*)
- Viola (5*)
- Sofia (5*)
- Cyrus (5*)
- Scarecrow (5*)
- Fiore (5*)
- Theo (4.5*) but already in Awaken I

Hold them. There are better units coming :3 you can YOLO pull once if you like :D

Hi is it ok if I only got their *4 ver? How long it takes to make the *4 to *5?
it's totally fine by now. you need to progress through the skill board by time anyway and by that time you get the needed resources!
@@free2PlayerCotC about the resources, is it from getting their dupes? Or farmable in dungeon? If it's farmable I guess I'll stop rerolling hehe
no dupes ;) you can upgrade the units not their skills (except for their final ultimate LV)

Do u get to choose which starters u want or its random,i got sophia out of nowhere when starting the game
exactly. it's random. if you delete your account after getting the other three 3 star units, you can try again and see whom you get from the 8 :3
The starter izzit at the beginning to choose? I keep get gilderroy.. or he is fixed and got another char to get again at the back?

How to unlock ultimate skill?
they are acquired as soon as you unlock the 'ultimate training tower' which is not thaaat late in the story :3

ok I do not have any experience with the new server so I can't really tell how to work around that. sorry
No need for email or delete account there's an option below to start a new if you use a guest account, already reroll and got viola and lynette haha

it doesn't seem to work on SEA server. you need to uninstall the game (or at least delete all data + cache) to reroll. I don't know why they've changed that in comparison to global :/ also there seems to be an option to start a new game if you have a guest account!
