How Bad Were Sales at the Laundromat this Week?

Just a simple suggestion. You should buy different coloured buckets - one for each collection. You seem to confuse what red bucket has which collection on occasion. That would keep it all straight. e.g. red bucket for the washers...yellow bucket for the dryers, etc. Just a thought.
Well at least the laundromat looks very clean!
I’m sure there will be some fluctuations during summer. Lots of people going on vacation and will be out of town. Not sure what it is about the horizons but those are the “last resort” machines too people use at all the laundromats I’ve been to.
Would you ever consider moving the horizons to Kersey and taking out the top loaders? You could use the top loaders in the future at rental properties.
Have you ever thought about moving the back silver machines to the front ?x
Looks like your sales drop during holiday weeks. If you look at your chart it appears you had drops around New Years, Easter and Memorial

I saw a video of a guy who had a laundry and painted his white machines to look like they were stainless steel and he did get more money from them. I cannot remember how much more.
That was a good idea! Made them appear "newer & upscale "
If you look at the time of year that you have been the busiest it has been in the early spring late spring and what it could be as that people are washing up all of their winter bedding and clothing and putting them in storage for the summer and then they get their summer things out and wash all of them. That may be what is happening you may have to wait until next year at this time and see if it happens again next year. Also you may get a bigger surge around early fall also.
Probably light $$$ from people going out of town. Look for a bump when they return. It looks like your new cleaning person is working out :-)
Raising the dryer prices shouldn’t make a difference since your prices are lower then others. Summer months with kids out of of school should bring in more business. When they come back on vacation need to clean thier cloths might break a future record.
