Heres an idea for your shopvac. . . . slip a pool skimmer sock over your filter in your vacuum and its makes it soooooo much easier to clean out your vacuum filter. All you have to do is pull off the sock and put a new one on and your vacuum filter is clean again and good to go. You dont have to struggle trying to clean out your vacuum filter.

"I think I can..I think I can..." The Little Laundromat That Could is my favorite laundromat. I don't really understand why I feel so invested :-) I will definietly stop and wash a load if I go through there on a road trip. This is a good investment property. I[m glad you're hanging on to it. You can buy an air freshener vending machine. That is complementary to the car wash.

I noticed the soap machine has been a zero lately. Also noticed most of the slots are taped up. have you checked it lately?

There is a sign that says quarters inside. The only refreshments inside is the toilet.

This location is a great example of poor judgment by Mark Ferguson. Even with everything working, and the apartment and CZcams, it will never yield a decent ROI. A genius he is not.
This place will pay off in utube revenue over time, maybe he's smarter then your average bear but doesn't show all the cards, enjoy the weekend.
