Very simple answer, Jyada dimag nahi lagana... take at 1/3 of Hight of building. like if 30 floor building is there ..take on 10th floor. Also prefer to have that flat where at least for 4 hr sun light is coming.

Higher floors r preferred in hi rise bldgs as No nuisance of many type therefore fetches higher value & rent !

I like 5 th floor
I liked a ground floor flat which has two basement parking below it and view is all the amenities. We actually liked it. Should we go for it ?bangalore it’s totally 9 floor apartment
In ground floor you will have to look after sanitary blockages cleaning etc as upper floor people think they live above so have no responsibility. They are not effected accepted crossing entry when they go out or come in home. selfishness and superficial miserliness are main problems of strained relations in group housing. Most RWA are corrupt and thieves and give very poor servcies .They do everything else other than their main job maintenance. Ground floor has great benefits you will realize in old age
I like 5 th to 12th floor
Living in hut and living in ground floor is almost the same bcoz both are constructed on ground. People who can't afford to construct successive storeys need to stay on ground floor. To buy a ground floor is a great loss.If one gets dozens of benefits living in top floor, then why be concerned about society, garden, amenities, accessibility etc?
Seapage to har floor pe aati he. Uper wale kuchh na kuchh renovation karte he aur niche walo kevyaha seapage ajati he. Har bar complaint karo to padosi jhagra karta he .samajh nahi ata is se kaise nipte
High rise meri nazar me bilkul bekar hai. Kis bhi apartment me sealan ki problem bhagwan bhi doir nahi karsajta hai. Mai Eldeco k flat me rahra hi GreaterNoida me. Lekin delan se bahut dikkat hai. Mujhe lagta hai ki Builder. Plumbes rtc ka bahut dhyan rakhta hai ki unhe rojgar miltarahe. Agarachcha banayenge to k as un theek karayega idliye janboighjar ghatia plumbering etc.ka kia jata hai ki in lojo ki toji roti chaltu rahe. Floor tiles ka wirk bi bahut poor quality ka hota hai. Pani ka glow naki ki taraf n jajar abder ki taraf jota hai. Sadte labour se jam jarate hai kim pause me. Kajne ko bahut hai. Kya kya bataye
10th floor or 13th floor a better choice in a 22 floor appartment..plz suggest
