A Big House On A Small 1,800 sq.ft Plot in Bengaluru (Home Tour).

- Built on a small plot, Brick Little House creatively uses the available space to create a home that is refreshingly unique. With a focus on fostering a harmonious connection between the living spaces and the garden at the back, the remaining spaces are all seamlessly tucked out of the way, opening up the plan strategically. The design incorporates split levels on the upper floors to reduce the overall volume of the building.
The garden, which occupies one-fourth of the plot, provides a serene oasis, complemented by the eucalyptus plantation that forms the backdrop of the plot. Tying it together is the facade, which showcases a playful brick screen, interiors, which continue to feature exposed brick, and leather-finished Kota stone.

The table-moulded brick facade, the efficient planning of the spaces, the interconnectivity of the rooms and the landscape, and the mutually overlooking levels are highlights worth a second look at.
In the walkthrough of the home, the architect unravels the philosophy behind the contemporary and rustic design elements, the making of the warm and serene atmosphere in the spaces and the intelligent distribution of spaces for achieving a voluminously light mass.

One of the best houses I've seen. Beautifully used the space to create openness.
This is actually a sustainable house in terms of the space utilization, many architects struggle to fit in classy house on a small plot, appreciate the efforts to fit in this kind of house in 30x60 plot size, astounding! Cheers!
The plan is great... There's another channel where a Japanese style home was made...space was small and it was distributed by levels

@@CalcuttasnippetsName of channel?
finally an expensive indian house that is not too shiny like a showroom and rather warm-cozy-livable. Loved it ❤
Interior was super plan and nice ..
Don't like exterior
Optimum utilization of 60' × 30' plot size is really noteworthy! Hatt's off to the efforts! Keep it up!
So happy somebody has got this right. May you thrive honestly with your creativity. God bless you.
After getting slammed repeatedly by viewers....buildofy have now started to term 1800 sq ft houses as big 😂🤣. Earlier it was small and cosy 2000 sq ft house, budget 1800 sq ft house 😂🤣
You clearly don't know how to read or haven't watched the video. Its 1800 sq ft "plot", not 1800 sq ft house.
U think 1800 sqft Plot itself is small.?
Bhai aapka kam bahut achcha hai lekin ham Kisan Kisan log Hain 1000 square feet ka plot ha bhai agar koy design ho to is Garib ko bhi dado
Social media comments will teach you how to pin point faults and miss out appreciating good things. Your comment is one of those comments. This is such a beautiful idea that is presented and lot of hard work must have been put in but ignoring all that you are more concerned about political correctness.
Pls inform us wat type of tiles or granite hv u used for flooring ( pista green light yellow in colour)
Wonderfully designed for this size of a plot!
This is fantastic!! Optimization of space and providing me-cornee for every member of the house
Scientific problem. Such a big eucalyptus plantation will dry out a massive chunk of region near them. Eucalyptus sucks the water out of the ground like it's nothing. Not only the people living in this area will have to deal with lack of ground water issues but also issues of soil nutrient breakdown and ground weakening. Hard Remedy: Remove these eucalyptus trees(sad part) and replace them with other trees that can provide better environmental control and water retention within the soil. Short term remedies will resolve long term devastating issues. Other than that the house looks good but it is in no way "small" for most of us folks.
I don't think this part of Bengaluru would be dependent on ground water anyway.
@@anubhawchoudhary4750 Think long term brother. Fresh water scarcity is rapidly increasing all over the world. India too is facing this crisis in many states. Not at the level that would worry generations now. But think 40-50 years ahead or maybe a whole century ahead. If things go right then it's all good. If not then plantation techniques need to evolve now. Hopefully we are able to save soil by that time. Some eucalyptus okay. A whole lot will be a problem. Good soil + good groundwater levels will be great for all.
I just Love this house and aspire to have my own brick little house someday!
WoW Beautiful House which looks spacious in a smaller plot. Congratulations 👏🏻 👏🏻
Beautiful Living ! Good Design choices
Very impressive ! Well planned inside out, 🥂 cheers guys.
⭐👌⭐ Super designed home.
I love brick house❤ The Idea of courtyad is one of the best choices
The success of this project is due to the fact that it doesn't look like a small plot. Looks airy and spacious, very clever design incorporating the copious light and greenery from the surrounding eucalyptus plantation. Love the furniture, colour schemes and the styling of the house. Super classy, minimalistic and chic at the same time. The brick cladding on the highlight wall along with the solid wooden furniture is a quintessential match made in heaven. Very smart architect and very lucky owners. Wishing them all happiness in this lovely abode.
What would be the all inclusive cost ( land + design+ build+ furniture) is it doable within 2 crores or am I being too unrealistic 😂
Mostly the land itself will cost you min 3Cr. And for the construction, it can cost you close to 1.5 to 2Cr (with interiors and furniture) shown in the above video.
So a total of 4.5 to 5 Cr.
We have our ancestral house built on a 2000 sq. ft. plot if we raze it to the ground and make a new house like this how much will it cost ??
@@harshvardhansingh9057somewhere between 1cr to 1.5cr
@@saimahesh7385 Okay Brother Thanks 🙂
@@AnkitKumar-tp8hcits located in chandapura. Land cost would be around 60 lakhs not in crores
I had called this architect office. They told they accept only projects more than 3000 sqft. You should prove your talent in small size plots just like what you have done here.
Right sb milke hme chutiya bnare h
They've built a house in 1200sqft and renovated a house 400 sqft
@@rei4279did you speak in regards to pricing? Like how much for a 1200,1600 or 3000 sqft..
@@saikrishna4321not about pricing about sqft
Hello Anil, how did you contact them?
Love the Brick Little 🏠
Very beautifully done !
love the ground floor.
Loved the construction
Amazing the best home ❤
Awesome impressive planning
Excellent!
Nice industrial design. The choice of neutral colour is very good. If they had used wood , it would have added luxurious feel and elevated living experience. Koi pond would add to the beauty of the lush green garden.
It is unclear whether the decision not to use wood is conscious design choice or due to budget constraints.
Lift is must , well they do have space to consider is future.
Overall , well designed house
Beautiful House ❤
Kudos to the Architect
Very nice 👏👏👏
Brilliant 👏
I observed most of the house designs you post have a lot of stairs , not good for old people. If the owner's parents visit they will be troubled by moving up down for bedroom , kitchen, garden all day.
Beautiful 😍😍😍
Rocking brick house 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
beautiful
House beautifully done no doubts the concern is how many more years the eucalyptus plantation would be present and what's about safety with only glass doors behind
I had the same thoughts
Love it
Superb sir
Good architecture
The interiors look fab👌, elegant n minimal. Ample of natural light coming in and use of budget material enhances it's simplicity. My only doubt is that the complete glass frame on the ground floor, doesn't it compromises with security n privacy??
I too had the same doubt about security
The design makes good use of the greenery on the back. Would that space always remain so ? Any chance of another building popping up there would completely impact our design philosophy
I like it
Very beautiful ❤️
Class...
❤ Wow
I think they should also mention the overall pricing as of today inclusive of everything + a plan layout mentioning the room dimensions.
Good house
This looks good stay for few days but trust me, they will regret it in future. What if those trees in the backside are cut and a new building comes up, you can't build a house because of other area which is not in your control. Also, no room till second floor, are you kidding? How will elders live in this house? And since there are a lot of up-down movement needed to eat, TV, sleep, rest, etc., having no lift is a big pain. That's why I said, they will regret it in a few years.
Excellent Space Management by Buildofy
Buildofy is not the architect for this project, buildofy is just a platform for architecture firms to showcase their work.
Looks like a remote place
Simple home design
can anybody tell...is it ok to put glass doors, is it safe?? are those unbreakable..?Im very concerned about these glass sliding doors
Delightful design and aesthetics. But the sliding french windows and jali cutout seem to be too risky from the security point of view.
Super idea...may u plz let me knownthe floor type and name plz in the ground floor
You can call it a minimalist home in a way.Quiet good.
Beautiful minimalistic design. My only concern is that, what if in the future some apartment or house comes up in the place of the Eucalyptus plantation ?
Its a reserve forest so its cool.
Just kidding they would be looking at each other's balconies then
They would still have a good view of the garden.
The big wide opening on the right side of the house.. what happens when it rains or its windy.. how do you close it and prevent water/dust from coming inside the house ?
Design are superb, but doubting safety and security of the house with openings
Just imagine the effort to clean those high glass in the living room , if not cleaned every week then the whole house will look dirty . Maintenance will be a high task and expensive one .
Hello everyone one thing I must say
U all are awesome
Do you have any 2000 sq yards farm House plans??? If yes so please share the link
In every video each home is unique and fantastic. wen u show living room, upstairs, dinning area, some parts are cutted ,at tat moment u show artiche ture floor designing and his speech.we miss continuous portion of home.so first u explain their entire design format of home and play full house tour without any interruption from front to back.i hope u understand it
Maximum how they charge for design’s
Sir, nice planning, good design, want to know which material is used for flooring in living rm etc
I think those are River wash Kota stone
The house looks great! But am I the only one who kinda got confused on how the proportions of the house are? Like I know the kitchen is on the second floor, but then where is the kids room?
Kitchen n family room n dining room was first floor. Both bedrooms on 2nd floor.
What is the material used for flooring ? Vetrified tiles ?
how much did it cost including the interiors
am worried about the security , given it's just a glass window facing lawn , can you please elaborate how do you ensure security
Any idea how much they charge for building such a masterpiece
today plantation, tomorrow concrete building, rest is master pice
How about the dimensions of the garden?
Superb..One small question..did you put brick wall after ceiling concrete or before? if before, how did you prevent the concrete spillage on the bricks?
By covering it with plastic sheets
Does this site honor setback rules on the side boundaries for building a house? I see no gap on the sides. Is that allowed in Bangalore?
Total cost per square ft
No bedroom on ground or 1st
If someone is sick , elderly or injured they have still to go up to 2nd floor?
Can u show some plans for older folks
What about flooring - material
How much budget should one have to build a house like this💫
Architecture is great for Bangalore where AC is not required. In Delhi , it will not work 😢. Loft living and double height doesn't support AC
how much did the house cost approx ???
I'm concerned about the safety and security of this space.
No no no looks like some hostel space 1800 is a pretty good area to get so much more
What was the final price ??
What is the need for brick jali work. Feels claustrophobic
cost bhi batay karo
Shall we visit this house?
How can I get its detailed plan
Very nice concept and build out ...how much did it cost overall to construct this ?
for house shown in video cost is around 4250 rs per sqft
Does not look much elevated. How did you guys tackle the flooding/water-logging situation in Bengaluru?
What is the cost of construction?
👏🏻
@buildofy, info about architecture firm or architect, please ? Thank you
What is the cost of construction in total ?
it would be helpful, if you let know where did the furnitures are sourced from?
They tell u on their website premium

I am wondering how much does it cost to design such houses.. Any ideas?
Total budget ?
Will you help me with a budget friendly house on the outskirts of coimbatore with courtyard?
