Hi sir I purchased a flat (by reg. aggreement with old owner ) after society registration , now society in the process of giving share certificates to all it members ,i also summited form in to society but they were saying your name is not present in there records , so certificate will be issued to old owner name , how can I ensure it should update with my name before I received .
