I love that Seth brought up her character's fashion sense on the show. Her outfits are killer each episode. A navy blue turtleneck with high-waisted pants is totally her thing.
Her wardrobe was absolutely TRAGIC in season 3! I hope we get s2 Shiv back.
@@amandalheureux3443 I've been on huge twitter threads about this -- the consensus is that the costumers are deliberately trying to echo the character's lack of comfort with herself as she confronts the fact that Logan effed her over, her mother doesn't love her, her relationship with Tom is confusing etc. I kind of buy into that because yes, the sundresses were especially awful: hideous prints, colors, and unflattering fits with awkward shoes too.
Interesting. I always thought she dressed kind of plain for someone with so much money. Some of the pieces look like they're from Macy's or something.
@@FLdancer00 I think it's because they are made to deliberately fit badly, bunch up, crease, are too tight, or in a color or pattern that is unflattering.
@@ClueSign That's not what I'm seeing. I think most of her outfits fit well & I'm a fan of high waisted pants on her with the shape she has.
In the first 3 episodes of season 3, her clothes (the material) look like something off the rack vs something designer. I think I just expected more expensive clothes on someone like her.

She has one of the most beautiful hair colors I've ever seen. I also love how casually she swears even though she's on a American TV show. That kind of naturality is really refreshing.

They do a wonderful job with her hair throughout the program. It's gotten lighter in color, and the cuts more severe. God is in the details.
I think this is why I just can't dislike this character, even though she is constantly making terrible and stupid decisions. The hair and the wardrobe are just stunning

Sarah Snook's performance in the movie Predestination is one of the most underrated acting performances of all time. You have to watch the movie to believe it. The movie itself is a mind bending riddle. And her performance was of just some different level, she deserves more recognition.
She seems like a sweetheart. And Seth's excitement for his Kendall Roy impression is adorable.
Seth Meyers is definitely the only one left carrying the torch of a good and genuine talk show host. Craig and Conan must be proud of their legacy carrying on.

If you haven't seen the movie Predestination, starring Sarah Snook and Ethan Hawke, do! Her acting in it blew me away. And that movie was stuck in my head for days. A real trip.

I come from a big family and this scene and so many others just crack me up cos they way they bicker and fight is just like a real family. They are fucked up weird people who are insanely rich but something still makes them relatable and for me personally its this sibling relationship.
Succession is an amazing show with an amazing cast. I’m hooked.

She’s a great actress and she ooozes sex appeal, she doesn’t look like that “specific” girl everyone would be like SHES SO HOT, that typical Kim or Kylie look I feel every girl tries to reach if that makes sense, she’s unique looking but so beautiful, and even her personality is so refreshing.

First time jackal, long time viewer...It's "champing at the bit". I also used to think it was "chomping" (who wouldn't? Makes more sense to me). The only reason I know the right phrase is that "Champing At The Bit" is the name of an Every Time I Die song 🦊

Champing derives from the sound a racehorse makes waiting for the gate to open at the start. The horse will typically chew or grind noisily at the bit in its mouth because it is anxious for the race to start.

Both are actually correct. Champ is the transitive verb form of chomp. Chomping at the bit has been the more popular and accepted version for almost 100 years.
