Legend is a word that gets thrown around too much BUT Noel is without doubt the biggest legend currently in my lifetime and will remain so until the day i die! Cannot speak highly enough of him.......Bossed the 90's, Bossed the naughties and will boss this decade too. GOD
Noel mentioned in some interview that he met the King of Tonga who lived on the same hotel floor. I hope Noel gives him a call given volcanoes are going nuts in Tonga.

The songs on BHN are great, it's the overlong arrangements and production that let them down. Like to hear a Let It Be Naked style re-recording - which (obviously) will never happen!
@@robertfrazer8161 the songs on BHN are great compared to what? His first 2 albums? Not a chance. Compared to other bands yeah it’s good. It just doesn’t have the singles. And the lyrics are just rubbish and the songs are too long besides a few tunes
He's fuming that Liam has sold out two nights a Knebworth (200,000 tickets) - to quote Noel at 4:80 "It seems cabaret to play to big crowds knocking out the old tunes". Absolutely can't hold it in, has to get a dig in! ... Well Noel, you've wrote all the songs, you've got all the publishing money, but you're not a popular as your little brother. Good Lord, he literally has everything one could ask for, but he wants his little brother's fame. It's a sickness.
@@bigdaddy4069 really sad, he’s sold out 2 nights at Knebworth by himself, doing tunes we all love by Oasis (wasn’t he the front man?) and making loads of money. Really sad stuff. Or he can start a new band make tunes no one knows and open up for the Smashing Pumpkins right? 🤣🤣🤣

For me, I never liked Noel Gallagher's voice. So I never really got into his stuff. I just skipped his songs. I check out his channel out of curiosity as an Oasis fan.
Listen very carefully to the interview and what he really is saying and how he speaks and what he thinks. Totally disoriented and immature. Personally I really don't understand why people think so much of him. I guess be communicates well to the same level as himself.
As an outstanding songwriter he undoubtedly is he only gave the love to the bands that suited his success , in the '80s he was a massive REO speed wagon and white snake fan ,loved his lead singers wearing spandex ,Liam couldn't pull the spandex off because of his fat ankles ,true story
So he says all his songs came out of nothing. They're easy like If I had a Gun. Apparently don't mean anything either, except when you're having a teary while performing it... This interview is a snoozer. He treats music like a technical cut and glue, with no onus on what he was feeling when he wrote it, or after. Maybe he wasn't feeling anything, but I hate that.
Noel is brilliant just as he was in oasis, seen them both live and loved every minute. Live Long Noel Nuff Respect
Thanks for cutting all the swearing... Really saved me as a 38 year old

Absolutely nailed it there la
Noel explains how he came up with Back The Way We Came more than Paul McCartney explains how he wrote Let It Be lmao
hahaha so true
What a reminder of the absolute bangers on all the High Flying Birds albums
Love Noel, his music, he's the Chief.
I had no idea he could cook
I love Rivermam Great Song 🎵 ❤ I love his First album I like his 3rd album.
That bassline of Black Star Dancing always reminds me of Drop The Pressure by Mylo
I didn't really get "who built the moon" until I saw them performing it live. Totally blown away and its up there with the all time classics LP's
I had the same experience. It took me a while to let go of old Oasis-Noel-habbits with album #3

He's right though, Liam is a cliche tribute act, doing NOTHING new at all.

Oasis should get back together...
As long as the brothers have a toxic relationship, it probably won't ever happen. But bands have gotten back together before.
That's a concert that would be sold out on the first day gosh I hope they get back together for old times sake.
