Been going to the gym and doing gardening on our backyard. My mom and dad just arrive from the Philippines to USA and gardening helps them exercise. Thanks for sharing and motivation…
That’s awesome! Thanks for watching 🙏
Yummy!!! Now I want to make some chips!!! Great video!! Yum 😋
Thanks Sis! 😋
Hi Mike! I am new to your channel and am so jealous of what you have accomplished! Congratulations on such a success! Love to see how you stage your orders, plant, care for what you are growing and how you do it all. Love the cooking segments too!
Thank you 🙏 I appreciate it 🙏
dayum
i only use an air fryer. you don t get the same results but oil is so expensive in germany
would love to see more recipies from the garden produce
@@udoheinz7845 heck yeah! It’s expensive here too! I think I paid about $50 to fill that fryer.
@@chefsharvestfarm how many times can you use it or how long would you store used oil?
@@udoheinz7845 it usually lasts about 6 months. I keep a cover on it when I’m not using it. And filter the oil every 5 or 6 weeks .
Love the video! It's like you went out and harvested the potato from the farm straight to the kitchen. Those look so delicious. I happen to have some yukon gold still from the garden. Going to try it out soon.
Awesome! Thanks for watching! 🙏
Excellent content and channel! New subscriber, thanks so much for these recipes and the gardening tips on your other videos!
Thanks for following along! I appreciate it 🙏
So glad I found this channel! 🔥
Me too! Thanks for tagging along!
Please more recipe videos using your fresh garden veggies.
Will do!
Great video! Fry them in pure beef fat and it will change your life...that's how we all got hooked on McDonald's french fries when we were kids...now they use toxic oils...and unless you buy the olive oil in Italy the only thing virgin about it is the name.
Thanks for the feedback!
I am a new subscriber and I am really enjoying your content. That looks like a delicious meal! I made onion rings last night with Walla Walla onions from my garden. I made them in the air fryer so they weren’t quite as tasty as the fried ones, but they were damn good. I wonder if I could get some decent potato chips to work in the air fryer? Please keep the cooking content coming. I love a channels that talk about not only growing food, but also interesting ways to prepare the harvest.
Thanks for the positive feedback! I really appreciate it! I need to make onion rings next! Never tried it in the air fryer 🤷🏻♂️
I'm not really a chip person, but those look delicious!
They’re pretty delicious 😋
Those look great.
@@MattStrom thanks Matt! 🙏 hope your doing well 🙌
Thank you for sharing that. I love potato chips and I was gifted some yukon gold potatoes from a local farm. You make it look really easy so I might need to try this 🎉
Heck yeah 🙌 I hope they come out great!
No evil seed oils! Love it
Exactly 🙌 sometimes i use avocado oil too. But that’s it.
Great job.
@@shadigeris9760 thank you 🙏
🔥 vėry nice
Thanks 🙏
Oh looks very tasty. I remember using my mandolin without the guard a few years ago. Nipped the end of my finger and needed stitches. Those things are deadly sharp. I now always use the guard when cutting.
I may try these chips in the air fryer.
@@brendarushka9966 yes! It is super dangerous! I only cut myself once also! Never again!
Homemade are the best. We had some last night
Yeah buddy 🙌
Great vid
Thank you 🙏
Hope you do more recipes in the future Brother!
@@chrxmeface thanks! Yeah that was fun! Thanks for the feedback! I will do more soon! Thanks for watching and commenting! 🙏
Great video 🇳🇿🙏🏼
Thank you 🙏
I was just trying to experiment with veggie chips from the garden and baked potato chips. Seems like drying in oil is the way to go otherwise will be inconsistent but maybe idk what I'm doing
This is the tastiest way! But the shelf like is only 48 hours max.
Does it matter what kind of potatoes you use? Are some better than others?
I only grow Yukon golds. But I’ve made them with russets too! But I would say pretty much all potatoes are good deep fried 🔥
toss it into the compost * 3:20
@@willnace2983 feed it to the dogs, make French fries, compost it, anything you want! Just not worth that last chip or two… You will cut yourself guaranteed ! Thanks for watching! I appreciate it 🙏
Looks delicious but that's gotta be like $30 worth of olive oil.
It actually holds about 2.5 of those bottles and they’re about $20 each. So closer to $50 I would say 🤣 but worth every penny!
The background music is killing my ears. Besides that, great video!
Sorry bout it 🤣 I’m just trying to develop video editing skills and seeing what works! I don’t actually know what I’m doing 🤣🤣🤣 But either way I’ll take the feedback! Thanks for watching 🙏
