  • Introducing my new (second hand) Windows 98/ MSDOS gaming project.
    I've bought a Celeron 1.7GHz 256MB RAM 10Gb Harddrive with Windows 98 SE installed.
Watch me run through the hardware, discuss possible upgrades and play with a few of my favorite classic games.

Great to see a first person shoot 'em up like this - blast from the past!

10:45 Don't worry about all of the mixed-matched hardware. It's in our nature! Not to mention it gives us a nice canvas to mod it!

Nice to see this all working. I've got a brand new in box PS/2 mouse and keyboard you can have if you want. All beige as far as I remember.

That would be excellent. Are you around today if I pop in?

22:00 To help, since you're running on a TV, you can change the aspect on the TV to a 4:3 mode. On some it'll say "4:3." On others it may say "Letterbox."

Thanks. I've changed it now. I've also adjusted my settings to try and get a better picture for my next video.

Modern speakers sound better than vintage speakers?
    100% disagree.
