Little do they know, they have to release Ash because he has plot armor and he has to continue the never ending pokemon journey. So for Ash, he has an unlimited number of attempts to do this.
I’m pretty sure they only arrested him just to brainwash him to make him forget what happened then release him the cycle started at the latest the 10th year
the only way to defeat ash is to get him to softlock
He has unlimited attempts, but he will also get fooled by the Pikaplan an unlimited amount of times. Just looks at the episodes, he also keeps falling for Team Rocket's blatantly obvious disguises again and again. Ash has no capability of learning, and even when he does, it doesn't matter because it will all be reset in the next generation anyway.
They'll hire Jessie and James to watch Ash from a distance, with guns.

Hopefully he gonna get by the end of journeys since he in a world torment so even if he wins or comes second there’s no going back since he was able to stand with titans of the Pokémon world so they have to pass to ghon I mean capture new that seems interesting.

That betrayal was brutal! Also, it totally seems like they just replace pikachu every season. It'd make a lot more sense than the other explanations they do or don't give for the level resets. Anyway, thank you for the video.
Yeah thats true everytime Pikachu went from winning against powerfull opponents to loose against a shitty polemon starter the next season
@@robfus I don't think Pikachu reset after XYZ, in Alola his first lost was against Zeraora (a Legendary Pokemon)
Well zekrom literally absorbed all of pikachus power in black and white so it lost thunder and volt tackle along with some levels. Outside of that pikachu is depicted as always getting stronger especially in sinnoh and kalos.
In the end, he finally got his wish. So long Ash, you were the very best, like no one ever was.
This is what happens when the tell you "gotta catch em all" and go on creating new Pokemon and increasing the pokedex numbers
I would imagine the Pokemon stored in the PC's are experimented on and their DNA becomes part of the next batch of regional Pokemon
