I have a 2008 Silverado 5.3L. The AC controller blinks 3 times and do not engage. Replaced + & - sensors, relay and the AC fuse is good. What else can it be? Ps. I bridged ECM battery and AC compressor fuse and it blows cold air.
Hello, I have a 2007 chevy 3500 Silverado diesel work truck package, I have changed everything on ac, have had it working several times and now it won't come on unless we put a hot wire to the fuse, then compressor comes on and cools. But for some reason no power to the ac fuse. changed relay around still no power to ac fuse. New compressor, dryer, orifice, condenser, control panel, freon, etc. only thing not replaced was heater core. wiggled on all wires under hood, reset the fuse panel. I do have a glow plug for over 3 years that engine code shows. other than that, still trying to figure out, need help!
I'm installed two 6 inch LED lights Checked all the fuses and relays and my AC lights won't even come on. Do you have any insight for me?and of course the AC is not working
I have an 07 new body style Silverado. A couple weeks ago my electronic heating/ac panel started flashing to a black screen while driving. Air would kick to a random setting (usually max heat and power defrost) and from that point the passenger side would blow only extremely hot no matter what setting. Driver side still blowing cool air. It seems to do that if I sit idling more than a minute at start up, but not every time. Sometimes it resets by turning off my heating/air system, sometimes when I turn off/on the truck, and sometimes not for several hours. My headlights have also started flashing more recently, and a “service battery charging system” light comes on the dash. I replaced the alternator last summer, so that shouldn’t be the issue. Any thoughts?
Yes sir switched the relays and works great again 👍👍 it fixed the blinking ac light and engaged my a/c
