A min in i realized i had seen this build before , but honestly was still captivated the second time and i watched the whole vid again
I’m looking for one to put my clothes Airer in the middle and a parasol over the clothes airer to make a combined dual purpose picnic table and clothes airer that can dry clothes even when it rains
yea he does this alote, usually he probably scraped a video and has nothing new to post, so to keep youtube happy he repost older video's, so the new sub "that usually don't go back to watch older vids" can see it too. i don't mind it, although i wished he would state it that's an older video i offten think i'm going crazy because i know i'v seen it but em nog sure of... but that usually last only the first two mins then the brain takes over and all is clear =D
Same here, I was like " I swear Ive seen this before somewhere" Now I know where I saw it.
You can tell it’s an older video by the hair/beard colour😂😂😂😂
Same!
On a theater director for grades 5-12. I made one into a giant mushroom for our Alice in Wonderland production. Now it's a seat in our library.
That's really cool
Only one word to describe not only the art work, but you as well......WOW!!!!!!
I remember when you first did this project.
I used to run on those until they rolled so fast I'd fall off. The 90s as a kid were great 😂
This video (the original one) is one of my absolute favourites of yours. It's the one I go back and rewatch the most. I suffer from anxiety and more than once this video has helped ease an anxiety attack. I just love it so much! 😊❤
We sanded it, varnished it and made it into a table, Pounded out and spray painted cans to cover the holes, applied them with tiny nails and used it for almost 20 years. It was a cool table
I got excited thinking you’d done another miniature project!! 😂❤ Still awesome to see again and worth the watch. You were so chuffed with this and it was so wonderful to see you just using your imagination and having fun; I hope you get to do more fun things for yourself. You did a great job making a little miniature scene, I’d love to see more - but only if that’s what YOU want to do!! 🎉 Keep up the awesome work, Nick!!
I happen to be awake after 1am because storms are putting on a light show ⚡️⛈️⚡️, haven't lost power yet so gonna watch 😅.
I've seen those spools turned into art tables, a chair and I've had ideas for a planter table. Plant goes in center and makes a nice centerpiece.
*Wow! Your imagination went to town on that. The nomes were a cute touch. For your first time that's really good. Making things like that can get pretty pricey, so some folks will use other cheaper items to try to get the same results. For example, trees, folks will trim brillos, I don't know if you know what those are, but they can be stacked and shaped into trees. Our local mini train museum makes their own. They save anyway they can, many people donate and the finished sections are incredible. Taking 2yrs to finish one section. It gets so hot sometimes the resin cracks so there's always repairs needed.
*craft glue/wood glue can be better long term for rocks. Especially mod podge, unless temps get to 85°F or higher.
It was SO worth it!!! That’s an incredible little village. You blow my mind with the amazing things you make.
I said this when I met you at Maker Central, this is one of my favourite builds you've ever made. I know its not your usual style but it's so cool. The work that went into this is immense. Awesome watching it again.
An oldie but a funky one!!!
Awesome repost!!! ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
This needs to be put on display.
Nick, that is a pure success. There are dozens of things I could comment on but what impressed me most was your ability to effectively age things and make them look like they have been there a long time. Well done, sir.
From one Nick to another... This diorama has been officially.... "Zammetified"... Great Job👍
As someone who builds miniature dioramas, this is one of my favorites. Wish you would build more. Someday you may have grandkids who will play with it like mine does.
This is astounding!! We have those spools everywhere up here in Alaska. My dad brought one home 40 years ago and hollowed it out so our dog could have a dog house and she loved it! She ended up giving birth to 10 puppies in there too. It was wide enough and very comfortable for her and the puppies. ❤❤
OMG I was saying to myself "all we need now is a min gnome" ... and like 10 seconds later you started making one! Great minds think alike :) Love this!
Definately worth all the hours you put into it! I am sure you could look at it for hours and make up a story of all the inhabitants that live there. It was enjoyable to watch you put all that effort into it. Another very creative work of art, Nick. Thanks for sharing!
Whoa… Did not see the gnome thing coming. Now that it’s there, I can’t imagine it any other way. Such attention to detail. Love it! 😊
What an absolute JOY! Love it! Watching you create this as the little village took shape has been delightful! Was it worth is? You better believe it was! This is definitely an heirloom piece. Take care and stay safe
I think of this build every now and then, and to see it again without having to go look for it was a wonderful pleasure! As always Nick, wonderful work and thanks for sharing!
I love your miniature builds! You should do another with the small houses, but make them out of the stuff you always use like Legos, colored pencils, etc. And maybe add a resin river!
Finished product looked amazing!!! Perfect night light for a rustic large family room.
I enjoy it every time I see it. Magic Village. Superb craftsmanship.
LOTR-esque. Brilliant 👍😃
One of the many reasons.I absolutely love you... So creative, Thank you for all the work you put into your art. Every single effort is worth it. I pray King Jesus blesses the work of your hands.
An oldie but, a wonderful oldie. I love this build. Absolutely on3 of my favorite builds he has ever done.
when I was a kid, my Dad made a picnic table for the family with one, just put it up on one end and we'd set chairs around it
Love the attention to detail.
Muy bonito, excelente te trabajo. Te felicito.
My aunt had one of those in the 80's hers was a kitchen table
I liked this the first time around. It was nice to see it again. 🎉
Nick said it was not popular, which surprised me.
I must agree, it was the craziest build I've seen all week.
Take a bow! That is AMAZING
WOW!!! totally worth it! watching you do something like this showed you got chops way beyond 'wacky items in resin.' Believe me, I like wacky items in resin, but you are a Maker that has so much more to offer. Watching you build this was fun, and I can tell you had fun building it. Excellent video!
Awesome
My dad rewound motors when I was growing up. He brought the small wire spools home for us kidz to sit on 😁
Back in the 70s everybody wanted them for patio tables
Wow its fantastic 😊😊😊
A repeat worth enjoying again! I am still always amazed at what comes out of the mind of Nick! Thank you for sharing.

awesome
That was BRILLIANT!!!
A coffee table. Everyone had one in the 79s!
That was 70s
It is absolutely stunning, Nick. So much inspiration and patience 🌞
As a dolly doctor and miniature collector I'm blown away by this👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
beautiful
Definitely a project with so much time and effort involved, that it required a second showing….and watching.
WOW
Amazing ❤❤
This was not where I thought this video was going. I was thinking about a garden table with wacky colours of resin. 😮
Of all the things that he might have made out of it...a table being the easiest...a table with a miniature spooky hamlet was not what I expected! Well played!
Completely bonkers, but absolutely genius. Love it, love it. You are a master.
Amazing!
I love it again. I know how much time and concentration it took. Also a very relaxing endeavor.
I had one of those in my yard as a kid. It was so much fun to play on and with.
Wow, Nick, this is wonderfully magic! The details completely bring it to life. The only idea I can think of is to do more.
That's beyond amazing.
Adorable!
My favorite 🎉
Oh Nick!! This is FANTASTIC!!!
I used the entire spool as a table just as it is with an umbrella out by my fire pit 🤷🏻♀️ works great
Yes, this is very cool!
*Nick, you sir have utterly outdone yourself on this FABULOUS creation. 🙂 I would hate to think of how many hours you have put in to create this masterpiece.🙂 I hope you & your family & friends, enjoy having this wonderful creation to sit and admire every day & night, especially when it is all switched on in the evenings 🙂nz*
Nick that is wonderful .
your imagination is only matched by the skills you have to make it happen....WOW
I found one outside my apartment building, and made a cool low-rider chair out of it. Love this!! 👍❤
This one made me smile. Excellent. And thank you for talking. I don’t like when you don’t talk like in some of your other videos. 😊
What a labor of love.
What an absolute masterpiece it's a masterclass in workshop miniature building
And an insight into your mind 🎉❤
Outstanding
Wow 😊
Dang, Nick! That looks freaking amazing! Playful, unique, and adorable. I'm digging it 👌
I have two spools and three young granddaughters. That is a wonderful project for me. Thanks.
It’s absolutely beautiful Nick !
That is absolutely amazing. You should put it outside so people can see it. Make a cover for it to keep in dry..❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
Wow! That's great.
BEAUTIFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!
Even though this video is an old one you reposted. I enjoy it very much, watched it again for the 3rd time ❤
i like it very much
Even if it's the second time we are watching this episode, it's still one of the coolest thing I've seen you make. I love your artwork,Nick. It must have taken you a long time to put together. Bravo 🎉❤😂
❤ wow adorable. 👌
❤️👍👍👍👍👍🫵🪨❤️ I love it. That is something you should be able to put out by the front of your yard with a sign. Stop by and view at night put some kind of dome over it so people don’t touch it and light it up at night for a couple hours so people could stop by at night to view it. I think it’s beautiful. I wish I could do something like that believable. Thank you for sharing sincerely, Chuck.
how fun!
Please make a Star Trek project!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Preferably rom TNG or DS9!!!!!! Love your videos. Thank you for always being so much fun.
