Man, this is cool content, I definitely would love to see more Tank Crew, especially multiplayer!
I certainly want to do more! I have been having a blast with Tank Crew Multiplayer. I would expect more soon I have had some pretty good engagements (Mostly in Panzer IVs) This was the first time we took out the T-34.
There is also a T-34 single player campaign that takes place around Moscow. I think doing this series alongside my Battle of Moscow flight career would be really cool. There is also a Ferdinand campaign that I could do after which would be....interesting haha
@@Wolfpack345 I certainly do think that tank destroyer campaign is something I would gladly watch. It'd be a new experience for you as well, because you already played one t-34 campaign and you were playing it now.
@@RM97800 It would be interesting for sure. I will probably do it after the T-34 one though. I think the Moscow tie in would be really cool. My last TC campaign was a German one anyways.

I love how you can hear the turret grinding when it turns, such a cool detail.
That was a good fight against us Wolfpack345... the only thing, we were using our own JG1 Tank Crew skin pack... and the one that stands out in your video was the default TC skin. Just to recap the story on our side. When we were shooting your Ground troops... we did see your tanks coming to it. So we decided to retreat into the forest and wait for you guys to come back up by the main road. The panzer you saw moving right of the road, went into the forest and came back late not knowing where he was. The one you shot on the left side of the road, never saw you shooting at him. And the second that you saw when you were moving left of the road (in the field)... I did see you, but I couldn't have a shot on you guys, since I was not able to see your tanks when in gunner position. When I decided to move, I got the final shot on my turret! After that, the 110 that came on one of you was me and the Panzer 4 that got the 2 of you was JG1_Butzzell! Cheers mate ;)

@@Wolfpack345 Especially as Russian tanks. For some reason, A lot of German drivers believe the hype and think that a lowly T-34 can't ruin their day in a Tiger or a Panther... Their tracks say otherwise XD.

Greatly Njoy the "skins", especially for the "rust bucket" T-34A. I hope there would be some very interesting skins for AFVs like those prepared for the ME-262 and other aircraft.

It’s so good, but it’s 70 dollars, not to mention you have to get it as a dlc from the base game...
Just bought Il-2 bos in advance (on a sale) as i'm getting a new pc together and I'm so hyped not only cause of aircraft but i learnt that you get the t-34 and pz III to with BOS
And it seems like a pretty solid tanksim they put together

It's kind of neat, but really feels like its just two guys lone-wolfing.
One of the strengths of IL-2 is that it can do 'big picture' very well, and make you feel like you're part of the bigger fight.
The campaigns do a better job at showcasing that

@@Wolfpack345 try Steel Beasts. Its a bit barebones on campaign material, there are lots of user made senarios though that have a overarching structure. Looks decent enough too.
@@Wolfpack345 though tank crew should be much better later down the line. The AI just brings IL2 down IMO, they just feel dumb and especialy with tanks they just dump AI on you and doesnt feel so tactical, the cat and mouse feel is not there. Its in multiplayer that the game really works.
I'm short on $$$ right now to buy this dlc, but if they introduce career to tanks I will gladly fork out the money for it. I don't care if it will be official career mode made by devs or a mod in style of Pat Wilson's career generator [If they add tank career for Pat Wilson's I will go crazy]

Hi like the video. I have just downloaded this game and could do with some help in setting up multiplayer. Is there a manual to download for Tank Crew. Cheers.
Where are the SU 85's? They started showing up in August of '43. Specifically for Tigers and Panthers.
I used to play il2 sturmovik since it came out in 2001 throughout the 2000's and was a part of the mod community especially enjoyed the Pacific fighters and carrier warfare. I presume that this is another game completely? Can you also fly in this version?

That was a great video, how do you control your tank, do you use a keyboard or another way?
I use my throttle and rudder pedals to drive around and the mouse to control the turret. It works out fairly well for me.

I have been a fan of your channel since I picked up uboat a while back. Funny how players gravitate to the same games. I bought Cold Waters, Wolfpack and now have procurred Tank Crew. All awesome so far. I have put Woldfpack down because its just not my play style as I don't do MP. I just started in on Tank Crew after watching several of your video and its excellent so far! keep the videos coming, great content and narration, I also enjoy the cinematic intros and that fact that you include all the content even the scew ups. how do you bring up the command interface when on a campaign. The pop up in the middle of the screen where you can tell your crew what to do ? if you know what I mean.
The command menu can be brought up with the Tilde key. Then you can select orders and what not. Thanks for watching!

If a player has only Il2 Tank crew will he be able to play mulitplayer or does he need to buy one of the Great Battle Series that are focused on air planes? For instance can I buy the tank crew without the Great Battle air plane module and still be able to play multiplayer on the Finnish server? Thanks.
You can purchase Tank Crew without owning any of the other modules through the website. You will be able to play on the Finnish server (and any other Tank Crew multiplayer servers) and have access to all of the maps while playing multiplayer.

Am I the only one that can"t find another tank? I spent 2 hour in a treeline by the objective - nothing. Went, and looked over their spawn - nothing. I tried to play again today, and same shit - nothing.

Can I play multiplayer with t-34 from my BoS pack or do I have to buy "tank crew"?
I'm sure some servers allow the free tanks. Finnish does not though. The TC tanks are much higher detailed.

The way steam is Tank Crew is treated as a DLC. If you purchase from the IL-2 website you can buy it by itself. There are regular sales on Il-2 products.
