Yes, just man-made chemicals. What I find most sickening, is the fact that the food industry manufactures chemical, mushy shite, moulds it into the shape of dinosaurs, coats it in breadcrumbs and then markets it at our children!! It's scandalous. And what's worse is that the government ALLOW them to do it! All because they make BILLIONS doing it.

Have they addressed Huel in the main podcast? That is ridiculously ultra-processed. And many adverts I see for it on CZcams are encouraging young people to drink it instead of putting the small effort in to learn to cater proper food for themselves.
Did Tim Spector call out Stephen Bartlet for earning £££ promoting it? Certainly should.

I don't know where you live, I'm based in UK and over 10 years ago changed my diet from standard to well balanced and healthy vegan diet. I cured diabetes, anaemia, too low pressure, heavy migraines (with partial paralysis) and many more. My skin, hair improved. Before the change I would faint roughly 1-2 times a month - well since I changed my lufestyle I didn't fain once all these years! People still ask me for ID and I'm a mother of teenager. Today I'm 35 and I'm healthier than when I was 15.

I have a very picky eater and struggle with that as well. I've had to pick my battles and sometimes he'll be so hungry he'll eat chicken or meat that I prepared. Just keep in mind that ultra processed foods contribute to behavioral issues, etc.

A kg bag of frozen potato product €0.95. A kg of fresh potato €1.45. A box of frozen burgers €2.95. A packet of fresh mince €4.00. It is cheaper to buy frozen; them fresh.

I eat way too much Aspartame in my coffee. I just went and threw out all my packets and the juice powder. It's a great sweetner and up until recently was supposed to be fine. But any time you eat some crap made in a lab, it's probably messing up your body.

We need to teach young people "FOOD IS NUTRITION IT'S NOT ENTERTAINMENT".
People eat food to feel good, to have a good feeling. It's not that dissimilar to doing drugs. Putting horrible stuff in your body because it tastes good.
70% of aisles in a grocer are unnecessary poison to your body. And alcohol is a horrible poison.

Ancient Greece. Obesity issues. How much ultra processed foods? None.
While bad foods and bad endodontists can lead to bad behaviours. At the end of the day, the bad result really comes from poor nutrition and excess fat from too many calories.
