The Manako is a fabulous Mango . Listened to Matt Warnes World of Ukes to review in Uke Magazine , he has a demo too . Love that you guys work together .

I'm waiting for Kanile'a to offer the AST-4 with a pickup. I'm rather surprised that they didn't make it an option when the product launched.
We offer and have regularly offered pickup installations... factory preamps on these often spoil the look to be honest.

I really fell in love with the baritone but as a beginner on a concert would be afraid the challenge would be too much for my 79+ age
I know it's easy for me to say but if you really love the sound, it's worth the effort. Best of luck regardless 🙂
