And the shein bags hack..I have travel cubes that I use to divide clothing by tops, bottoms whatever.. but having a disposable bag that you can label per outfit, idk why I never thought of that. I love it

Try Avon liquid perfumed deodorant. No clog or aluminium, you will perspire with high humidity but you smell sweet. Plus you do not get that antiperspirant damage or cast off on your clothes.

Thank you sis for helping me to embrace my broad shouldered, narrow hipped self. For many years I felt less than because I didn't have the small waist, wide hip, big ass body type that's been in vogue forever. This is particularly hard if you're of Nigerian heritage where both the men and women will insult you for having my natural god given shape. Well, I'm over all that now and fully embrace my body. Long as I keep my waist line down I'm pretty damn sexy.
Also OMAD all the way for me, 24hr fast. I do this everyday, 7pm to 7pm. The 36hr fast had me over eating on feast days and getting
...all out of shape.

I have this body type but im a little more heavy chested and when i put on weight i put it always in my obliques. Back and then stomach. So right now my waist isnt as lean as it could be. And i have little to no hips. Broad shoulders and athletic toned legs.
