di canio is a legend both on and off the pitch, a true man who thinks for himself and speaks his mind very directly, corrupt establishment hate anyone like that so he was driven out of football because there afraid of the truth and have been trained/brainwashed to have contempt for truth so when they hear it they have an immediate knee jerk reaction is to reject it

As a Swindon fan I can tell you he was Brilliant there, we loved him.
Sunderland have no idea of what they lost, have since been relegated, just like Swindon.

The best one was when Di Canio asked to be substituted against Bradford because all his penalty claims were turned down...!

I miss players Like that having so much passion for the game....viera, Keane gattuso etc...I can’t stand football these days bunch of overpaid dramatic social media pricks. And n top of that the telly wants you to pay how much a year to watch them? They might be skill full but When you can’t touch an opponent without the whistle going it’s a lot easier. Messi and ronaldo are the means to an end for the game as we know it

paulo should be in fifa ,paulo my best celtic player ever ,wouldv been a legend had he stayed 1 more season but he left for sheff wednesday and not a lot of celtic fans liked him after that.
Tell you a funny story my girlfriend went in to a celtic shop at xmas time and asked the guy if he had any paulo dicanio dvds and the guy said your boyfriend isnt a real celtic fan and celtic fans hate paulo dicanio .I laughed when she came back and told me and said you never asked for that did you lol

Great player for Celtic. Unfortunately he left before he could form a proper partnership with Henrik Larsson ...just imagine!
