    I let nothing keep me down. I have been told for the last 32 years by doctors that I would be in a wheelchair. I have been a certified trainer,athletic my whole life. I try everything and adjust as needed . Keep the faith and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Positive thoughts,prayers and actions are what keep me going. Namaste
