    I am very interested in more information about pain and how to manage it. Your podcasts with Doctors Fishman and Hanscomb have helped me. I will soon be 74 and my pain and stiffness have increased significantly in the last few months. I am sure it’s related to stress and not relaxing, plus this aging body! I’m so glad I found your channel, Christine!

    Thank you so much for your channel. You have helped me so much. I have severe advanced scoliosis and stenosis which is excruciating. I would love more videos like this. Yoga has been so helpful dealing with my conditions. Please continue making these great videos. Namaste
