How to use Ambient Okklusion in URP?
yo. im on vr. and in game it dosent show any baked data. i do not have anything in sun source. could that be the problem?. or is it the camera that lets u see in game.
well I would start with the light sources, it might set to realtime only, so when you bake the lighting data it doesn't use those light sources, set it to baked of mixed if you need some the light for both. Then don't forget to set non moving objects to static. Then rebake it in the lighting settings. That would be my first guess.
@@gamedevblueprint im using a directional light. could that be the reason?
@@randommonk1 umm you need to change the directional light to mixed lighting mode
@@gamedevblueprint k
@@gamedevblueprint how tho
When I use Shadow Mask Distance mode and use Cascades, how does this affect the baking?
As much as I know it’s only applies to realtime lighting. You can set the quality of the bake on an object with the scale in lightmap in the mesh renderer individually.
