Dogs normally abandon offspring that likely won't survive. I think she quickly noticed the puppy wasn't moving as much and concentrated more on the two healthy babies.

The vet said it was okay for Suki to have another litter of pups. When these precious pups are weaned and gone to new homes Suki will have one cycle on the advice of the vet she will be spaded.

She's supportive of her big sister Suki, and Raya and Shiro know what's going on. The two babies are big for their age.🙏

I gotta be honest…. Part of me is heartbroken that the first little one didn’t survive cause I’ve never seen anything like that before but I thank god 🙏🏻 that mummy & the other 2 are doing good. We all must remember that this could’ve been much worse as (god forbid) the first little ones sack had have burst while still inside of Suki, It might have been fatal for everyone 🥺 Unfortunately this is life in its purest form as it lets us see that Life is not always picture perfect 🖼but as hard as it was to watch, it’s good to show the reality as it reminds ALL of us, to appreciate everything that we have 💕 xx

I think it's the position of the camera - shooting towards the lighted window, but the pupperinos almost seem like blackened potats! Still, we know their coats will lighten into either Shiro's red or Suki's beige or some color in-between.
