    Ingredients:
    Pran (Shallots) : 1 kg
    Garlic : 1 kg
    kashmiri red chili Powder : 2 kgs
    Mustard Oil : 3 cups
    Black cardamom : 50 grams
    Green Cardamom : 15-20 pcs
    Black Peppercorns : 15
    Cinnamon Stick : 1
    Cloves : 15-20
    Dry Coriander Seeds : 1 Cup
    Fennel Powder : 1 Cup
    Dry Ginger Powder : 1/2 cup
    Cumin Seeds : 1 Tablespoon
    Salt : 1 tablespoon

    I appreciate yr efforts to make this Ver which is very famous in the Kashmir. The way you are breafing in a simple way everyone will understand to make dis. Many food industries are making this through Machines but hand made ver is very pooular nd can be used in all vegitables nd non veg.

    I couldn't make it. I ordered it from organic Kashmir . It tastes amazing. I am a vegetarian .... I add it to pretty much all my dishes. It just enhances the taste. Yesterday I added it to my kadhi 😀😋. Today I added it to my broad beans fry. Amazing 👌😋

    My friend Dr Karam Vir sent the link to this recipe a couple of weeks ago.
    Have heard a lot about this special Kashmiri Masala.
    I’m going to make it sometime soon. Half the quantity, though.
    Drying these out in the sun is not possible here in Canada.
    Therefore, I’ll have to use the oven for drying. No idea, how long it’s going to take to dry completely 😀

Didi agar itni achhi recipe share kiya hai to pls.bataye agar hm sirf 1/2 k.g (500 grams )mirch se agar ver banae to hmko baqi sari cheezen kis hisab se leni hogi?       Garlic :150 gm
      Prawn : 150 gm
      Kashmiri red chili powder: 1/2 kg
      Coriander seeds : 3 tablespoons
      Fennel seeds : 3 tablespoon
      Dry ginger powder: 1 tablespoon
      Cumin seeds : 1 teaspoon
      Oil as per you need to mix it
      Take Rest of spices in less quantity .

    Thank you Zaika. The recipe looks good. I needed help in knowing what would be the quantity of ingredients if we have to make this on a small scale say around 8-10 tikkis to last for a year. Your response would be highly appreciated. Also what should be the ideal weight of each tikki and which dishes is it recommended for
