    Thank u..im not diabetic but anaemic and need to raise my fibre intake.

      For anemia (specifically iron deficiency anemia), you would have to increase your iron, vitamin B9, and B12 intake

      @relissadsouza4311 ..when u take high iron tablets..constipation can be a real issue..hence my need for extra fibre intake...thank u for the extra information.
