    Sir, may I ask a question in regards to the "T" model, please? I have seen some managers/heads who have the same or more skills than the team & also have more knowledge & understanding of general knowledge/ companies mission, vision & strategy. For #example e Sales head! in which "T" model this manager fits? Or it's a fourth "T" concept?

      This is the first T, where the manager is superior to employees in relation to strategic vision as well as deep understanding.
