How expressing gratitude can help you reduce anxiety

  • What you focus on becomes your reality. If we focus on all that scares us, is a risk, we live with the feelings of anxiety. However if you change the focus on the good in life, the beautiful things around us, the kindness of others, that focus creates a different internal environment.
    I think if it as changing the lens on a camera - you can be looking at the same scene but the picture is very different.
