I love how in the regular show situation pyro makes a joke saying “he probably would sue them too” when he actually did and the lawsuit fell through because “Billy isn’t actually a giant floating head” and yes that is an ACTUAL statement from the court documents

We’re at the point where even if billy isn’t a cheater (he is) then people would still hate him and still call him a cheater

Billy actually sued the Regular Show guys for doing that but the judge basically laughed at him. And it's not even that he cheated. He's a good player and everyone can see that, the problem is that his original record wasn't on an original DK machine, and that's what he decides to get pissy over instead of saying "Yeah you know what we fucked up with that, let me find a legitimate one and do it for real"
But he can't and wont do it for real because he's a washed up fraud

as i said on the previous vid about billy, the thing with mitchell is not that he cheated, just that he apparently reached that silly score using emulation, and twin galaxies, that dumb site recording all "american" world record, made an exception with his score (without any reason) and was allowed to be submitted there, knowing they are the most anti-emulator place on earth. You can only submit scores there if you film the inside of the arcade cabinet while playing the game or some crap like that. their rules are arcaic af.
That is still cheating though, since the reason why people figured out it was through an emulator was because the footage he sent in King of Kong may have been spliced. This claim is invalidated if Billy can claim he didn't play on an emulator hence why he keeps fighting to assert that he played on a legitimate arcade cabinet.
