    Great review I've had loads of berrettas 695 694 686s and now I've got a mk38 grade 5 and a mkll and I'll never look back mirouki are such well balanced well finished and very much dedicated to the shoot ability and not all the crappie gimmicks, I got titanium teauge chokes in my mk11 and mk38 and the guns are amazing to shoot and look fantastic compared to other brands

    You are an excellent reviewer and make me wish Miroku was sold here in the States. Your passion for the gun is well articulated, especially in comparing your attachment to the gun compared to your previous berettas. Keep up the reviews! - From the Yanks, with love.

      Hi, I’m always surprised that some guns like Miroku are not sold in such a big market as the U.S.
      Eastfield Gunroom here in the UK exports guns all over the world. He currently has several MK 38s for sale. I own a 20 year old MK 60 which still looks and shoots like new so I can highly recommend them. Best wishes.

    I own a Gd3 limited edition miroku MK38 Trap 32". The wood is stunning (I prefer it to the Gd5), it has an adjustable stock, a set of teague chokes and comes in a nice plastic case, all for just under £3000, whats not to like, a stunning gun!!

    Never have fitted the extended chokes in mine as it spoils the look of the gun.You are quite correct in this statement,I use Teague flush fitting chokes which are superb.

    Nice review. My new MK38 Gd5 sporter 32" (made in 2023), I measured it and it came with 35 mm drop at comb and 50 mm drop at heel. I'm glad the stock came higher than the measure indicated in the catalog (36/56mm) and the more recent production guns have lighter barrels than the same model from some years ago.

    Really great review. This is precisely why my next gun will be the Miroku MK38 Grade 5. Its an awful lot of gun for your money and as a late comer to the Clay Pigeon sport, it will probably be my only gun ultimately. .

    I think Miroku are a funny bunch, Why? The cardboard bloody box! Saying that though my grade 5 MK38 Trap is an utter delight to shoot, full hand fore end which I like very much indeed. I have a B725 which I also love but my go to would be my MK38 it is beautiful and fits me very well indeed. I will keep my 725 as it shoots well for me, but wish it had a trap forend! My mistake I know... Anyway good shooting peeps and enjoy your sport!

    About the best review I’ve seen on a gun. I have a Beretta 682 Gold E for Sporting/trap and a Miroku MK 60 Gr5 for Sporting/Skeet. I won’t part with either of them.

    Great review, I actually prefer the mid bead, and I’m happy to shoot the with the extended chokes, quality wise I believe this gun is stand alone with value for money but thanks for offering up different options, I’m chuffed to bits with my grade 5 mk38. and you 100 percent right that I won’t be selling this gun 👍

    Does your gun is designed for left handed or right handed? I m about to buy one and the salesman tells me the gun is ambidextrous, so I m a bit confused

    You buy a gun to shoot, not to carry in a fancy case, the mk38 has carried shooters to world level since its beginnings as 3800, they don't come with 2 chokes only they have full set, there is no gun that offers as much for the money, i'd argue how can anyone justify a supposed top tier gun at double, tripple and more what that mk38 costs, the mk10 in Australia is even more gun again, the mk38 is a gun that can shoot every bit as good as any and 100% you will regret ever selling one

      @@Bassingtons i did, what part of my reply are you missinterpreting? You complained about the lack of case, only 2 chokes?

    • @Bassingtons
      @Bassingtons  Před 11 měsíci +2

      @@fullchoke01 No I did not! I said it comes with 3 sets of extended Teague chokes and 2 sets of flush fitting Invector Plus chokes, which are cylinder and full! I do not know anyone who shoots with this combination, consequently you will need to buy more flush fitting chokes. The reason for doing so, is because I believe the flush fitting chokes suit the lines of the gun better. This is something which I also said in the VLOG!

    • @fullchoke01
      @fullchoke01 Před 11 měsíci

      @@Bassingtons the flush chokes are for game shooting with the 38 and thats why the big constriction gap if walked up or high bird shooting, the extendeds are for clay shooting on that gun, besides that they are invector plus so if someone wanted flush in full range its very cheap, hardly and issue

    • @Bassingtons

      @@fullchoke01 I do not want appear condenscending or patronising but the issue is, the flush chokes that are supplied are cylinder and full, which I know of nobody who shoots with that combination! Consequently, you will need to buy more flush fitting chokes!
