    Miroku MK38 are the understated shooters gun. They got the basics right all those years ago. A simple, no frills gun that handles superbly and will last forever. What more could you want?

    I shoot a MK38 32" trap G1 3/4 / full no messing with chokes ,using S&B sport trap 7s on sporting absolutely deadly, best there is tried everything else always go back to Miroku's ( SMOKIN MAN)👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

      Cant go wrong with a Mirocu MK38, my son has the same gun his has tuege chokes but its always three quarters and full . Mine is fixed choke'd the same as yours , if you have an off day you never question the gun !!!

      I shoot a Browning Citori 30" made in 2000. That gun smashes clays with a 1/2 choke 8shot Looking at getting MK38 with 32" and invector plus chokes Not sure on fixed chokes

    I've just purchased a 2021 MK38 gd5. Couldn't be happier with it! Store-wart reliability combined with pretty engraving and gd5 walnut that wouldn't look out of place on any game day.

    Enjoying your videos. Turning 68 this year and I am switching to shooting a 20 gauge for clay and hunting. How about some videos showing 20 gauge performance

    `Mirook`...I started with a 800 Skeet in mid 70`s, Then 3800 skt n trap gun, now a old 7000 tg`d Beltin value and unbreakable ...Must try a MK38!!

    won't beat a miruku for value and shootabilty changed over to miruku MK60 from a Beretta never looked back great guns 💪

    Thank you, David. I'm very interested in the Miroku MK 38 and wondering how much kick it has? I'm 76 and appreciate a soft shooting gun for shooting clays. Also, does Miroku make a 20 gauge model that is just as good as the MK 38?

    can you get the MK38 SPORTER m/c with a thicker chunkier beaver tail trap forend like the MIROKU MK38 TRAPP 3/4+ full fixed choke and not the schnable forend .

      Yes its called an mk38 trap. But you send it away and get it teagued

      Yes you can get the GD5 Sporter with the trap forend. I've seen them at Doveridge but I think it's a special order

    You state the comb is higher on the Mk38 than the 70 but on the Miroku website it states the opposite (drop at comb is 3mm lower). Are you wrong or is the website wrong? I’d be interested to hear your comments as I’d be interested in buying a Mk38 if higher in comb than the 70.

    The fixed 38 is a great gun- for the same reason i love the older miroku range late 60s-early90s, handle like nothing else, i'll take a good cond 70s miroku over any new gun

      I shoot with one from 71. Don’t even know the model. Perfect wood and condition in general. Besides fixed chokes. But also has next to the firing pin two holes, one on each side. Don’t know why and never saw before. But they are great !

      @@weirdbutwonderful4d804 excellent quality guns, sadly they started to cut corners after browning jumoed in amd slowly became what is todays versions. The holes are for removing the bushing to access firing pins- disc set strikers

    What are the stock dimensions on the MK38 then? You mention them as highly important, yet you do not present them? LOP, cast, drop, pitch, weight?

    Ok real talk...in Aus...a miroku mk10 OR a yildiz pro...yildiz pro lightly used...I'm into mirokus but the yildiz is so sexy...which one should I get?!

      Whichever fits better, the miroku is a guaranteed excellent gun, i have an mk10 and it shoots with the best of them and will outlast just about any gun, the yildiz is very pretty and is proving to be a well made gun, buy which fits better as they are veryyyyy different feeling guns

    Hi, i just bought the MK70 here in Australia for 1550$ plus 150$ tax, beautiful gun but it only came with 1 extra choke, can i buy a skeet choke separate and are they very pricey..

      Invector Plus chokes are readily available from Teague, Briley and others. Cost around £40 GBP in the UK for a standard flush

      Try Horsley Park gun shop Sydney, They have Chokes for Miroku $75-$80 on there web sight.

    Had a grade 6 Sporter in the past, nice gun but didn’t like the skinny forend , prefer the beaver tail, best gun in the range apart from the MK11 in my humble opinion.

      Mechanically same guns, few small differences, miroku generally has more to their stocks, cast, palm swell etc, 525 is very straight stocked
