THANKS FOR HAVING ME!!!!!!!!! ☺
i have been following you both for a while now, when i saw the title i was like whaaaaaat?😂 had so much fun watching this video. Good luck to both of you🧡
My biggest problem with sharing content as a creative is the anxiety of how the content is received by an audience. I wouldn’t be surprised if the anxiety of putting your true self out there for people to view, and even critique, is the largest obstacle for creatives on social media trying to share work and grow.
I agree 100%!!
100% but there will always be someone out there who wants to know about your "true self" Just start and don't be scared.
i feel so much better knowing that great designers like you two went/go through the same stuff as i do! this is a very refreshing and inspiring video, thank you!
thank you for doing this! 🙌
This was a great listen. Enjoyed these sort of talks
Absolutely love this format. Great video and definitely a ton of value in this one :)
ok wait this was kind of a banger............ its just refreshing to hear unfiltered thoughts on all this. thank u both for the video!
ayoooo unexpected banger lol
Dope interview, Jesse! Thanks for the insights🌿💗
loved thisss!
OH WE BEEN WAITIN FOR THIS ONEEEEEE
So relaxing hearing you guys, really natural and spontaneous :) Greetings from Spain!
Been needing to find your channel for so long now 😂 I'm so stoked to finally be here. These are the topics and conversations I want to listen to more and fill my time with more. Relatable and relevant. I can't always watch people paint or paint at the time myself, same with graphic design, so those 'draw with me " "create with me" videos are greatttt but having this creative community channel where we talk discuss and listen to creative centered topics to dive into when we are in the moments we cant actively create (at work, driving, chores) is everything
Damn, I needed to watch this one. Dope shirt too dude and loving the unhinged-ness you've been bringing to your stuff!
The most ironic thing about those highly productive and business oriented people, they eventually end up learning to be someone like Katrina after grinding themselves down over the years lol. Just refreshing to hear from someone like her. Think I've mostly been listening to business and marketing folks why it was quite a reset.
Love these long form conversations! Good stuff
Glad you enjoyed it!
OMG JESSE GOT A STUNNING HAIR. YOU wake up and FLAWLESS
Needed this video, really great topics yall - thank you for covering it 💙
glad you liked it!
LOVED IT
I hate how nowadays if you support someone your "glazing" and if you talk for more than 20 seconds then your "yapping"
You know, I really loved this. I really just loved the down to earth simple conversation yall had, of course there were talking points, but I just loved when you guys just trailed off or just talked about how you feel through all this. You had me smiling and laughing throughout the whole thing with your funny comments and just the conversation in general. Had this on while working out, but didn't miss a single second of what both of you had to say. Really look forward to your content whenever you post man. Keep being you, you're actually a bit funnier than I originally thought 🤣
thanks for the nice words, appreciate it!
The word content in itself just sounds like a hodgepodge of stuff to consume, "contents of a package processed meal to be consumed." instead of "digesting" a piece of art that a person had created. Like it feels like that word carries the idea of it being a quick fast food you consume and then binge.
I agree; work that gets shared on social media has to register as “good” in someone’s brain within the first 5 seconds of seeing it. Otherwise it’s just one more swipe or scroll away to be dismissed.
I like this girl, she is so zen
yes Jesse, let the intrusive thoughts win 😈😈😈 love this yap sesh and miss y'all both
Miss ya too brotha!

@@JesseNyberg thaaanks really enjoyed this
jesse do you recommend create one new account or start in the instagram account that I already have?
i think it's fine either way, when i first started though I just used the one i had
Hey Jesse! Are you still doing portfolio reviews? Would love for you to review mine!
I want to become an art director within the industry someday😭 currently studying first year of GD anyone have advice, I want to double major with marketing but scared that it’s not worth it, I don’t want to regret not choosing marketing now that I have the chance but also since I’m passionate ab GD should I simply focus on it?
I think a double major in marketing would help! I have a friend who did the same path you are one and she is an AD for a health company. You could minor in marketing if that's an option. Let me know if you need more advice :)
hallo
But are you content with content.
This video is great, I can really relate to all the aspects you're discussing 🥲🥲 It's inspiring to know that all of us designers go through almost the same struggles, the same insecurity's, and we're not alone in that process 💗 I don't personally know any designer so I find this video very helpful, It's weird going through all of this not having anyone that understands. Sending love from Argentina 🥰🥰🥰
btw also shes so cute
