I recently bought a CBT book, I’m not even into reading books but it gave me some useful information, recenty I get so mad so easy, and i don’t even know why
I did not! I tried a bunch from literally vegan to carnivore -- so all over the spectrum. Lol. I ended up recovering eating "normally". I did limit caffeine though.
