    My symptoms began 6 yrs ago after riding an amusement park ride. 24/7 swaying feeling. Other symptoms come and go like trouble walking due to painful hip joints, shortness of breath, headaches, vision changes etc. Had my 1st panic attack last week. I have been in PT for 5 Mos and it does help but I have learned recently that it's a nervous system deregulation so I'm researching trauma release and somatic tracking

    Dear Emilee, just finished listening to your very informative link. Everything happens when it's supposed to so when I began listening, I had to laugh because just this morning, I was semi yelling at Yeshua telling him I need to get this fixed and now and here I am a few hours later, after He sent me to find you, looking forward to working to recover. I've been dizzy with balance issues over 8 years and as I listened my mind took me back to exactly when this all began. I was a rep. In fact the national sales rep for the entire company. I was hired for an enormous sum of money and far exceeded their goals until it was time to pay me...and they didn't and I fell apart. As time continued, I basically had to start my life over again and it's funny looking back how Yeshua has always been there to help me through whatever. I'm old enough to be your probably GREAT grandmother and thank God am healthy and now, with this simple but incredible direction, hopefully I too will recover in time and help others and there are, sadly many. Thank you dear...and I learned a lot from what you shared because I only accepted Yeshua into my life 7 years ago. It's a wonderful ride!

    Thank tot so much for this! I have been diagnosed with PPPD but I am stuck in a cycle. They go up and down and it never stays consistent. I have been really in a deep dark depression. I do know this is a nervous system issue, it’s just hard to not react with fear when the symptoms are so horrific.

    Thanks for this video and the Guide. Suffering from PPPD for 5 yrs and any doctors in Germany that know about PPPD. Developed anxiety and panic attacks so diagnosis was that it is all in my head, means they stated it is psychological as MRT etc didn‘t show any defects.
    Just learned about PPPD 1 month ago via Steady Coach videos on CZcams.
    Do you have any advise on how to make my brain feel it is safe? Worst during Zoom meetings and in grocery store or shopping malls with moving people.
    Already do breathing exercises, meditation.

      I've been dizzy with balance issue for over 8 years and just a few weeks ago discovered neuroplasticity and am searching to find out how to do it...The brain, like steady coach said, gets confused and basically takes over. The research I've found about this appears that we can use hypnosis to get the sub conscious to end it's takeover and restore it to us. Steady Coach is great...but checkout neuroplasticity on youtube too...A Dr. Huberman has many podcasts...what I'm searching for is a doctor or physical therapist here in Houston who helps teach us how to do it. Again, I think hypnosis is part of the answer...I've also had every test, MRI, CT scan twice including 2 weeks ago... other doctors...nothing wrong...somewhere in our life, our subconscious went into fight or flight and stayed there and we have to figure out how to stop it...I keep telling my subconscious that I AM IN CHARGE, it doesn't have any aughority anymore to control me UNLESS I ASK IT TO DO THAT... I am a certified hypnotherapist not practicing but there are terrific hypnotherapists on youtube (Marisa Peer.is one I just found)....don't give up...WE WILL WIN!

      @emileeandbg  Před 8 měsíci

      The sensitized nervous system can feel overwhelmed when there's "too much" light, but it's important to respond to this just like any other symptom (use IDEAL, don't do the 5 Fs, etc.). As far as sunglasses in the video, it's mainly so I can look at my notes and not feel like I have to stare at the camera the whole time 😂
