Don't get me wrong, I love all of your videos including the recent ones but what you said about going easy this time on your weight loss journey is so relatable. Congrats on the 6lb loss 👏🏼That's amazing. I meal prep as well as a timesaver, to keep me disciplined and to avoid waste. My homemade burgers are a staple in my home too. Red onions and a homemade hot sauce is a must. I usually caramelize red onions, peppers and minced garlic for my burgers. Your burger and breakfast looks delicious. Thanks for sharing Friend 😊

Another thing that works for me to keep it simple, is having the same thing for lunch every day til I get tired of it. Right now, I'm loving a turkey/chicken wrap on a low carb tortilla. I either use deli meat, or cut up pre cooked chicken breast, and top it with mustard, cheese, fresh spinach, and 2 slices of crispy turkey bacon. The turkey bacon takes it from a 7 to a 10!! So delicious and it's under 300 calories.

Bit misleading, your down 24lbs through your whole journey not postpartum as implied in the title and nearly half of the video was talking and about an ad.
It’s really not. It says what she eats in a day after postpartum

Everytime I use adobo seasoning the powder one my chicken comes out soooooo salty! I use like less than what I saw you pour on your chicken! I don’t know why the adobo powder makes my chicken so salty! How does yours not come out salty ????

I walk about 5,000 steps a day and i eat 1800 (sometimes less sometimes a bit more) its been almost 2 weeks and i lost 6 pounds already so im 100% sure you will see weight loss ☺️
