No I think it was smart, Now the chance of seeing Iowa playing LSU is higher, less teams to go through "RIGHT" more viewers will turn in to which the games before that meet, BUT if they both loss early 😞 . I'm NOT a big B-ball fan Men, Women or Pros, but the only three teams I want to see is NC, LSU, and Iowa and in that order, so for me and the ppl I know we all can't wait to see the LSU vs Iowa game. The Odds are NOT good to see a NC vs LSU or Iowa, so I'll take what I can get 🙂

Their unknown teammates and don't have the star power that catlin has. 2nd all the top teams in the tournament have multiple star players so teams can take a Angel Reese out the for example but the rest of the LSU team can pickup the work and get it done, compared to South Carolina, UConn, LSU etc Iowa doesn't have the depth if catlin struggles. 3rd and finally the level of competition for womens basketball in the Big 10 isn't all that so for "if they just doubled they wouldn't be here" comment 9 times out of 10 they would cause that's literally what the level of competition has done against Catilin was double her, but we'll see in the tournament

But LSU DIDNT bring all their players back Shannon. That's the thing. Everyone thinks this is the SAME LSU team. It's not. Only angel, flaujae, and poa are on the team that's from last year. The other 7 players are NEW PLAYERS. (Smith is hurt and has been all year)
Also "the manner that they lost" what manner? Besides colorado which was the first game of the season and they had to learn to play together because again only THREE players returned that play on their team vs a veteran team that returned most of their players (colorado), LSU has lost to South carolina twice and was in both games (and leading one until angel fouled out), they lost to auburn on a last second shot (and has avenged that game since then twice), and they lost to ole miss RIGHT AFTER the south carolina game (a let down game) where they clearly didn't have it.
Women's tournament was pretty good last year and should be the same if not better this year, but Molly ain't watching that and we all know it lol.

You can tell Stephen A knows nothing about women’s college basketball. Talent wise, this is probably the deepest. And unlike the men’s game, all of the best freshman will be back for at least 3 years. Paige Beuckers as also coming back next year.
