If you use a tricep Rope you can sit upright, and hold the triceps rope over each shoulder and crunch
It is extremely important to do core workouts every now and then, as well as lower-back workouts. That is your bodys core & important for basically anything you do. I don't care for a six-pack or that bs, but it's important for stability & especially if you have a weak lower-back, which is more common than you'd think, then it's very important to have at least one good workout for core/lower-back every week.
Great vids. I have the Gr8flex and I like doing upper body with the resistance bands that come with the machine. However, doing these ab exercises I would need to remove the bands. It’s kind of a pain in the a$$ doing that. How good of a workout is it without the bands for upper body? I haven’t really tried that yet.

I know what you mean about removing the bands being a pain with the GR8FLEX. Personally though, I rarely attach the bands on my GR8FLEX just because I can include more exercises on the fly and don't really feel like I need them. Also, I mentioned this in review for that product, that unlike other models (Weider Ultimate Body WOrks), the bands don't really give you resistance until about a quarter of the pull. I preferred just attaching loop style bands regardless, which is easier to attach/de-attach (I have videos on the channel about that). It does offer some resistance, but there's many other ways to increase resistance that I opt for instead of the bands.

G'day mate, I'm considering buying a total gym fit but I'm about 340lb. Just wondering do you think that the total gym fit would hold up well under my weight and stay fairly stable? Thank you
If you're within the weight limit of the machine(which you are), I personally would feel confident that this would hold up very well and have no issues with stability. Thanks for watching

Honestly, just to switch it up. Some people have one or the other machine who watch the channel so I also figure it doesn't hurt to let people see the other machine in action. Although, if I'm doing squat jumps and don't need to worry about having the sled bottom out, than I will use the GF. I likely will be letting one of my nephews use the GR8FLX for as long as he wants, so I'm also getting some final workouts in with it.
