    The main thing is spending a little extra money on sleeved cables period and not using the stock ones. Unless you have a Corsair PSU, they're picky one those. Sleeved cables are much more able to take a bit more of bending force and shape to make things right.

    Watching 3 videos on cable management, then found this one. Though you didn't precisely explain what you did or why, it was extremely clear what the overall process was. Tonight I'll see if I can pull it off!

      The magic starts having sleeves cables, if you try like me doing this type of cable management with the psu original cables it is going to be impossible, also i have 3 controllers because i have the rgb trip of the case and the gallahad pump conected to a second controller and i have bot strimer plus v2 in the controller so its harder.

    Whats crazy is you have so much more space in that one that you do in the Evo XL. The middle PSU and way too large SSD drive cages ruin that area, you can't move.

    Very clean job! I struggled quite a bit to get everything relatively tidy in mine: a HX1000, command pro and 2 rgb hubs eat up a lot more space than you really want to be giving with this case.

    EVGA 1300W PSU was chaos for my cabling, it was so much larger than my previous 850W PSUs, I had to remove the cable bracket plate on the back of my EVO to actually plug my cables into the PSU. I'm in a weird spot with how I'm going to velcro my cables up as the limited room due to the large PSU is forcing me to throw much of my cabling into the drive bay area.
    edit: I'm basically just looking at random EVO builds to try and see if anyone had the same problem, but I feel like most folks went with a FULL tower setup, which sure, would have helped, but I didn't expect to run into this tight of a fit.

    • @geraldvee
      @geraldvee  Před 2 lety

    I could not see your need for cable extensions. Even as this PSU already comes with white cables. Why this additional hustle?

    • @geraldvee
      @geraldvee  Před 2 lety

      Customer choosed his parts, i just assembled it.
      The "WHITE" psu cables doesn't come with cable combs, it's not braided, and it's sticky which is hard to clean.
      Obviously the extension cables looks much better than the stock psu cables, you'll know the difference when you see them physically.

      @@geraldvee Yeah that's true...I always get them from Amazon...the PC I built a few years ago, I got the extensions and it was such a pain to tuck clean up the wires...after that I just started paying for the full cable kits. They're not cheap but definitely help make life easier when doing cable management. How is the PC holding up? You did it right and with the right case...I'm building a custom loop AM5 build now in the 011 XL.
