The way I do it is I leave the oil and coolant lines and wastegate actuators attached to the turbos but only unbolt their mount points from the engine. And I pull both turbos up and out of the engine bay all at once. Saves a lot of time.
Does it still pass emission tests or do you have to take off and install the stock one ?
I always cover the car where iam.working,and alwayssssss cover all the turbo inlets/outlets when grinding.

We did although it isn't required

Not very long. Hard to tell the actual time since we were recording
