Diving Manuk - Island of the Snakes

This is a first clip from our recent Liveaboard trip crossing the Banda Sea Volcanic Arc - or "Ring of Fire" - from Alor to Ambon. Manuk is Indonesia's most eastern volcano, just before the ring is turning west again towards the Banda Islands and further on to Ambon.
A fair amount of volcanic activity going on there and some stone underwater is so hot you could almost grill your fish... Unfortunately the video does not transmit the intense phosphoric smell of foul eggs that surrounds the island.

This island no one human life. This island is a vulcano mountain. Too dangerous life in this field.
