Beautiful! I have a Sony a6500, with the housing is enough or are the lights needed? I also have a GoPro hero 5 black, and I am not sure what to do.
You need some lights to bring out the colours. Forget gopro. Thats just a kids toy 😅

What was the deepest depth out of these shots? and which shot? I'm color correcting some footage and everything is very blue. Can't seem to pull out the colors like you did here. Awesome work.
i David, thanks for your kind comments. The sharks have been at around 22m, the Barracudas probably 25m. The reef scenes somehwere between 15 and 20m. The Auto WB is not bad, but often you get better results with manual WB. However, both need correction in post if you want to make them look as best as possible. You need a professional tool like FCPX, Davinci Resolve or Premiere Pro for those corrections.

thanks for your comment. Yes, it sure is a great spot for snorkelers as well. The clips with the dolphins and the whalesharks were all done snorkeling!

@@czele123 I own a GH5 (great camera!) but I actually used my Sony Z90 Camcorder for this one. I did not want to take off my gloves to change lenses, ND-filters etc in the cold. The Z90 has a top handle which makes it easy carry and operate even wearing gloves.
