I managed (The Artist Formerly Known As) Prince's house in Beverly Hills in the mid 90s and can report he did nearly all those same things to that house - purple carpet, hair salon, etc. - he didn't mention the black out windows in the bedroom (he basically slept during the day) or the tanning bed. Too funny to hear that some things never change.
Great story, and made like a 5 million dollar profit, can't beat that....
So Boozer actually sued prince, the agreement was Prince wiring 500k and promising to return the home to standard form by the end of the lease.
