I can't keep sweets in the house if I want to eat fresh fruits and veggies. Also I eat pretty simple whole foods, with fruit or veggie separate from carbs and protein. For instance a spinach salad then 30-60 mins later pizza. Corn on the cob and some mushrooms fried up in olive oil (yum) then later some PBJ.

Bought a book about it, a new journal to write about all the misery of doing said "program" and some new herbal tea to have something to look forward to in my upcoming days of misery. Me, an INFP: Started going on ✨runs✨ just because it's time that I can be outside and see plants but still listen to music and I don't have to interact with people even though I'm outside, they say "hi" and I automatically go "sorry, I'm on my run" and rush out of there! And then I don't have to talk to people, but they still think I'm cool because I'm hyped or motivated or some kind of thing they thought up. It's amazing! And it's free thinking time, too, but no one thinks I'm daydreaming because it's my run! And yea I'm tired as fuck afterwards, but it's worth it. Who cares about fitness?! Just get yourself some peaceful thinking time alone outside and mask it as something useful!

The number of times I've gotten too invested in my podcast to start exercising is wild. It's why I've started using mostly treadmills because at least I can go on autopilot and zone tf out

I start my limited sugar, no caffeine, limited dairy and no food additive diet today. I literally planned this a month ago and have been mentally preparing myself for this moment-mostly by eating whatever I wanted and gained 5 lbs, the INFJ struggle is real...

Dieting isnt "not eating". Yes, for some people it can mean eating less, but mostly it's about eating healthier.
And forgetting to eat is bad, so maybe you should get yourself a meal plan/diet together for your well being too.
I use to starve myself and literally had to set alarms just to remember to eat throughout the day.

No kidding. Now that I'm no longer constrained to a routine where a "lunch break" applies, I find myself going most of the day without eating a thing. Went to the doctor's last week and found that I had lost almost 10 pounds since March. But I'm on a serious baking research kick. Can't eat all my experiments so at least my friends and family are well-fed.

I learned that I have to exercise self control at the store.. Doesnt work once the snacks are home. 😅 Funny thing is that I'll dive into a project or 3 and forget to eat. Then I come to and and remember if we have ice cream or not.
As an INTP I definitely feel that small steps to self control thing. I either take baby steps, or I'm in it 100% for a few weeks until I take a 6 month break.
OMFG, I'm trying to get in shape right now actually and the INFJ example is exactly what I did. I spent over a month just reading what to do in terms of exercise and food and supplementation before actually starting (and got stressed out), but now I am starting to look great since actually following through! Frank you nailed it again!
Being an INFJ I can totally relate. Be doing good. Get stressed then eat junk and just say tomorrow is a new day. Then continue to eat junk because I'm like hey you gotta start all over again tomorrow anyway lol

As an ENFP the only exercise I have ever truly enjoyed was kickboxing, and that was definitely more for the rage than the exercise

For me, working out has a max of 13 days... I once tried a 30-day workout app... and then I tried it again a few months later... and again, but by the third try, it was like 2 days.
Then again, I don’t like sweating...

INTP finally started working out after finding out he has serious health issues, and was nearly pushed to the brink and terrified for his life, only way to get an INTP to work-out! ~
Yeah, as an INTP, working out doesn't work in the normal way for me. I might work out my fingers on a keyboard.
But that INTP meal choice, definitely not my choice. That was all way too fast food junk crap for my taste. I'll cook up a nice fillet of fish but it will not see any bread, and there won't be any fries with it. Probably plopped on a nice salad. That's my version of sustainable because it helps sustain me. Though as an INTP, I will easily miss several meals between meals as I finally get around to doing any cooking.

That is amazing. I kind of related to that one too. I probably wouldn't start screaming, but I would get a lot of thoughts and ideas in my head and probably get a little euphoric.
INFP ... when I was a kid at summer playground daycamp we would play a game where we had to lie completely still and quiet and the kid who did this the longest won some candy. It came so naturally to me that after several days in a row of me getting the candy, the playground leaders would tickle me so that some other kid would win. I'm still not over the injustice. 😂

Also btw INFPs tip for exercising when you feel to lazy to do it: find an activity you love to do that’s as lazy as you want and ⭐️rewarding⭐️ to do after every time you exercise. Mine is one of my favorite video games :) just remember to try to keep that rewarding activity Only for after you’ve done your exercise routine

Infp is pretty accurate. Whenever my much younger siblings ask me to play with them, I suggest playing doctor so I can just lie there and be the patient. Or hair salon, so I can just sit, but sometimes my hair gets tied in knots, so I don't like that one as much.
The INFJ one was both accurate and extremely accurate at the same time. And I'm speaking from personal experience here.
