Hi. Last time I spoke to superbox they told me, them are making some upgrades to there system. But try clearing the cache sometime helps too.

It's been like that for a while now. Maybe the next update it will be fixed.
I had to do a factory reset because ethernet connection stopped now my s3prr looks.all different than before.. the home menu, the screen where it loads live tv.. it says v4 in live and vod.. is there a way to change it back to how it was??? Help.. thisnis horrible

I know, you're not the first person who asked me about this. This problem is with all there box, except with the S3PRO. I asked Superbox about this and they told me they are working on it. So it should be fixed on the next new update.

Hi. Check to see if you have automatic date & time is on.
Go to setting - then Device Preferences - Date & Time.

My epg won't load. Tried to factory reset. Won't show anything on the network shows. Shows everything on nfl and nba but not network or all

Can you show me how to install a VPN on a superbox 2 pro
Which VPN are you using? If it's not pre-installed in the app store. Install Aptoide TV and you should be able to find it there. Once you have it installed open the VPN, hit connect and you are good to go.
Is it normal that my superbox is freezing a lot or is there something I need to do differently? I have to close the app and restart for it to start working again.
No. Try clearing the cache and check to see if everything has the latest update.

@@JasonTech I bought the superbox elite+ last December and it only lasted like 7 months before it stopped working all together. I even tried manual restore by pressing 0 five times and nothing! It's frozen with the superbox logo that's it! I talked to my reseller about this and he pretty much told me I was S.O.L.

Hi Luis. As far as I know, you can't on the superbox.
Doesn't work on SB3 pro. EPG is broken.

Hi. Go to the setting icon at the bottom of the home screen.
Then go to Apps
Go to Blue VOD.
Go to Clear data and click on it.
Hit OK, then exit back to the home screen.
Open Blue VOD app, then you will be asked to enter a password.

@@JasonTech mine does the same it all of a sudden the internet seems to drop so bad that I can’t stream any more channels or videos
Same here. I know they are having issues with there server.
Do you have a 2G and 5G for your internet, if so change the internet to the 5G and that should help.
@@debbiekeel5435 Hi Debbie. Yes your right, but only if you are running off WiFi. That doesn't affect the box if you are hardwired. The freezing issue that I know of was all fixed after the latest update. Thank you for sharing and for the info, very helpful.

At the bottom, you will see the 24hr option. Just turn it off
