Have you tried contacting the seller? They should have supplied the device with all preinstalled.
What app do you use to get live tv?
Blue TV is for live TV channels.
Blue VOD is for movies and shows.
Both the apps are available in the box app store.
Why does my SB3 not have the App Store?

i got me an 5G WiFi Bluetooth Projector, Acrojoy Native 1080P Video Projector with 400" Display, 50% Zoom, Full HD 4K Supported Portable Movie Projector, Compatible with TV Stick, HDMI, AV, USB, iOS & Android for 100 buck on sale with a roku and got a 70 inch roku tv for 130 buck but that does sound cool but on the expensive side. if you think this interferes with your show delete it. it is just a cheap alternative and does 4k when how to a box.
