As of Feb 9th, blue tv app has stopped working. I’ve unplugged and started the box, I’ve reset the box, and still nothing. I’ve not been able to watch anything. The other apps buffer is terrible. Can you tell us what is going on?
you didnt indicate how many live usa channels there are on all the combined 4 premium apps why did you feel the need to add more RAM? And also why are you charging a subscription fee when its a free supposedly lifetime subscription? Plus you said you have had the box for 5 years when it just came out this month i have the original superbox elite 1.0 and it came out around 8 months ago honesty is and will always be the best policy

That would decidedly be akin to providing service for ways to watch copyrighted material for free. Why would he open himself to that can of worms publicly when right now he is just selling a device, not service that large media companies armed to the teeth with lawyers would love for him to give. There are other ways to communicate.

Question I have channel up Elite 2 and Blue TV Elite VOD and Blue VOD and Playback extra Movie and TV series app. on my Elite 2 .Why do they not have the same (extras) on this Pro 3 box. Is the Elite another manufacture. If you got a min could you comment. Is the Pro 3 an upgrade over the Elite 2 or do they stand alone. Which Box is Better? Thank you for your video... we followed thru, but we got a screen that said something about choose mobile or TV for best service... it was on mobile... we couldn't move to tv... so we just clicked ok.... now it seems like it is really slow or not at all when we try to move down the list of channels. I have the original Elite box that I bought from you and I love it. My only complaint is that the VOD's don't stream with supported surround sound or Atmos. Do any of the new apps that come with the Elite 2 fix this?
How much is it the box
Just to clarify, when adding the apps that you download, don't you want to add the BlueVOD to the VOD section, and not to the Live TV section?
You can add app in those sections or across the bottoms

MrStreamBox hope you can help me. I can’t get any guide data from the EliteTv 2.0 app do you have any ideas how I can pull in the EPG data? It says Failed when I click refresh EPG in the settings. I see there is a Add Source next to the Refresh EPG is there another source to pull the guide data in?
