Might be interesting to note that recently scientists discovered that the Earth's mantle hides an ocean that contains 3 times more volume of water than our existing oceans. Which is in line with what Gen 7 spoke of: "On that day all the springs of the great deep burst forth, and the floodgates of the heavens were opened." So flooding wasn't just a result of water from above, but also from the gushing from under.

This also lends proof to the flood being worldwide and the whole world's landmasses being as one. I personally believe that all the upheval that happened where the waters of the deep broke forth from the ground was a precurser to the continents actually rearranging themselves during the flood.

What most people don't realise is that the Earth has a closed environment, which means that the total amount of water doesn't vary. It's just distributed to various parts of the planet at different times, according to temperature, rainfall, flooding, etc. Sometimes it's ice, sometimes it's steam, and so on. But not a drop escapes the environment.

It could have been tectonic plates moving. In earthquake one tectonic plate will go up as the other one slides under going down. So Sea level Rise and Fall depending on which side if the plate you are on.In New Zealand the Kaikura earthquake pushed sea rocks and boulders up exposed the Shellfish attached to the rocks to sunlight and no sea water as the tide came in.so they died. We also had people like my ancestors who arrived in 1350 they harvested shellfish and made piles of empty shells which were eventually covered in earth now we dig up Maori Middens aka rubbish dumps only shellfish and slivers of broken rocks used to open and scrape out the shell. Plus fish and Bird bones . Some cultures used to transport preserved food from the sea inland. Or used shell to add nutrients to the soil.

Baloney. There was never a global flood to begin with, and as a consequence there was never an ark. Such a flood would have produced evidence contrary to the evidence we see. For instance, how do you explain the relative ages of mountains? Why weren't the Sierra Nevadas eroded as much as the Appalachians during the Flood? Why is there no evidence of a flood in ice core series? Ice cores from Greenland have been dated back more than 40,000 years by counting annual layers, and the Vostok Antarctica cores go back 420,000 years. A worldwide flood would be expected to leave a layer of sediments, noticeable changes in salinity and oxygen isotope ratios, fractures from buoyancy and thermal stresses, a hiatus in trapped air bubbles, and probably other evidence. Why doesn't such evidence show up? How are the polar ice caps even possible? Such a mass of water as the Flood would have provided sufficient buoyancy to float the polar caps off their beds and break them up. They wouldn't regrow quickly. In fact, the Greenland ice cap would not regrow under modern (last 10,000 yrs) climatic conditions. Why did the Flood not leave traces on the sea floors? A year long flood should be recognizable in sea bottom cores by (1) an uncharacteristic amount of terrestrial detritus, (2) different grain size distributions in the sediment, (3) a shift in oxygen isotope ratios (rain has a different isotopic composition from seawater), (4) a massive extinction. Why do none of these show up? Why is there no evidence of a flood in tree ring dating? Tree ring records go back more than 12,000 years, with no evidence of any such catastrophe during that time.

Before the fall of man, men may have lived beside the dinosaurs, but the bible timeline only speaks of the world after the fall and that's when death entered the picture, and the bible is mainly concerned with Jesus' bloodline beginning with Adam. In the beginning of day 6 all the animals were created 1st and then humans were created 2nd. the animals, sea creatures and mankind were told to be fruitful and multiply. (Answers are in genesis.) After the fall the bible begins its timeline which is more than 6,000 years according to the early Hebrew translation. OLD EARTH CREATIONISM MAKES MORE SENSE.

Nonsense. Christianity has a tremendous legacy of encouraging scientific research, building on the belief that all of nature is God’s creation. Through modern science, we are becoming increasingly aware of how God has crafted the universe around us. Hundreds of years of research in geology, paleontology, biology, and many other fields have produced abundant evidence that the earth is billions of years old and that fossils and geological features formed through many processes over eons of time. Today, 99% of PhD biologists agree that plants, animals, and humans formed through evolutionary processes. The perspective offered by biblical literalists like Answers in Genesis forces people to choose between the Bible and modern science, and reinforces the harmful cultural stereotype that modern science and biblical Christianity cannot mix. Sadly, Answers in Genesis and their ilk stake the authority of the entire Bible - and Christianity itself - on the view that a global flood is a viable alternative to abundant scientific evidence for a much longer chronology of creation. To do so, they must add in many speculative details not found in the biblical text, such as the “biogeographical rafting model”, and they must rely on a theory of post-Flood animal evolution in which species diversify at rates many times faster than any known biological mechanism. These theories, along with many others posited by young-earth creationists, are not based on credible scientific evidence - in fact, they contradict the clear evidence in God’s creation.

If you shift the dark matter in the sun using heavy isotopes like from the asteroid belt or a big space rock. Cuz the Bible says let the innocent cast the first stone. If you cause a void in the sun it will push the dark matter over. When this occurs, the gravity will shift the earth and the other planets will fly straight in their orbit of the sun as the sun moves to re-establish the gravitational forces. When this happens because the Earth's core is not solid, it will fall out of the suspense that's created by like say it tennis ball on a string is rotation around the sun. This would cause the oceans to technically be able to fly as the shore because as your spins on his axis to seashores will push the ocean up like around Seattle, Washington. You have the mountains so the oceans will go up and be overhead. Now there's a sign of this. The asteroid belt is a collision between what appears to be two planet size rocks. Never mind the Kirkland Gap ratio...
Now once the sun restabilizes around the dark matter that that is core and the gravity, the dark matter is probably just the smoke from the star. That's so messed up magnetically that it falls back into the star and just gets tortured so you get dark matter. Really heavy material. Also space smells burnt and what fire burns without smoke??
Anyway, the gravity on Earth will restabilize and the oceans will fall from the sky. Noah was told to go inside of the arc yet none of his neighbors were able to steal it because it happened quick the flood. Also the art design is like a cork. It should surface straight up and stay keel down.
You've taken a shower and you've seen as the water would be spraying around. Everything on this planet would be wet just like the Bible says. It rained after the great flood for a very long time. But Noah was already up on the water as the rain was coming. One of the big things that's missing from the story is the ordeal of as the ship was trying to take off from the water because it would have been plowing into people's houses, hills, etc. None of that is mentioned. Sometimes the biggest clues are in the omission of material.
If the great flood were to happen today with the Antarctic being covered in ice, it would be so heavy that it would shift to the equator and Chicago would become the new North Pole. You'd be thrown hundreds of miles within potentially minutes so your arms and legs would be broken and you would be looking up at an ocean ready to fall on you. Who knows when it will be thou... In a way you would be meeting Jesus on the clouds 🏹☁️🛸👍🙏

I don't care either way, but a local flood (not global) can just mean that all areas with people were flooded, instead of every square inch of the planet (for example, no need to flood the North/South pole if nobody lived there). What I didn't like about this video was that it's all assertions with no alternate possibilities. Are we supposed to think that God can cause a flood, but can't cause a flood just in the specific areas where people are? Besides, there's no need to be so decisive about such an irrelevant topic (it only serves to divide churches against each other).
There's just a weird strawman vibe to this video, like one group is trying really hard to be right, but isn't extremely skilled in scholarly debate (a la William Lane Craig, who is the best). IMO these kinds of topics, like 'Young Earth', are now being intentionally used to divide, by people who aren't what they seem (just a different color of Flat Earth). None of this stuff should affect how you live your life, so it's certainly not worth dividing a church over. Every person thinks that all of their beliefs are correct, individually (or else why would you believe it), but only a fool actually thinks that he is correct about every thing he believes. And there's no need to be 100% correct. It's irrelevant. It's merely intellectual entertainment.

May I share these words with you?
      Who Is Jesus the Christ?
Your Question Will Be Answered Today, if you take the time to read.
      Amen! I love you Lord!
Jesus The Messiah (Yeshua Ha Mashiach). Christ is our Living Passover(Our Living Sacrifice)
Acts Chapter 4 verse 12: "There is no salvation through anyone else, nor is there any other name under heaven given to the human race by which we are to be saved.”
Isaiah 9 vs. 6, "For unto us a Child is born. Unto us a Son is given, and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.“
      The Virgin Birth
Christ, born of a virgin, Mary.
Matthew Chapter 1 verse 20: "Behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to him (Joseph), in a dream and said, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, for that (Christ) which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit."
Jesus, the Christ, is God’s Word made into flesh.
1 John chapter 5 verse 7: "For there are 3 that bear a record in heaven, The Father, The Word, and the Holy Spirit: and these 3 are one.”
John chapter 1 verse 1: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."
John chapter 1 verse 14: "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.”
John chapter 1 verse 10: "He was in the world, and the world knew Him not.”
Hebrews chapter 4 verse 12: ”For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
John’s Vision Of Christ Seated On His Throne In Heaven:
Revelation chapter 4 verse 2 to 3: "Immediately, I (John), was in the Spirit, and behold a throne sat in Heaven, and One sat on the throne. And He who sat there was like a jasper and a sardius stone in appearance, and there was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald.”
Why did Christ Jesus came and sacrificed His precious life for sinners like us? Because through Adam’s disobedience, sin and death entered the world, and all human race. Christ came to undo the sin and eternal death brought upon the world through the sin of Adam. Christ, who is God’s Word made into flesh, sacrificed His life for us. He was crucified for our sins and transgressions. Christ died, and on the third day He resurrected in the flesh, conquering death and the grave. Now, Christ is seated in Heaven, at the right hand of Power (God the Father). Through Christ’s sacrifice we gain Salvation through God’s abundant mercy and grace. We are reconciled and recompensed back to God, through the shed blood of His begotten Son, Christ Jesus.
John chapter 3 verse 16: "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Romans chapter 5 verse 8: "But God demonstrates His love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
Death in Adam, Life In Christ:
Romans chapter 5 verse 19: "For as by one man’s (Adam’s) disobedience, many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s(Jesus's) obedience, many will be made righteous.”
Romans chapter 5 verse 18: "Therefore, as through one man’s (Adam’s) offense judgement came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even through one Man’s (Christ’s) righteous act, the free gift came to all men, resulting in the justification of life.”
Romans chapter 5 verse 17: "For if by the one man’s offense (Adam’s offense), death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in the life through the One (Jesus Christ)."
Romans chapter 5 verse 12: ” Therefore, just as through one man (Adam) sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned.”
Romans chapter 5 verse 21: “So that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Through Adam, sin and death entered the world, so that is why Christ Jesus came to give life, and give it more abundantly. Yes, Christ came to give eternal life through Salvation. The Salvation of His shed blood, and resurrection.
Adam’s flesh brought sin, death, destruction, and condemnation.
1 Corinthians 15 : 21-22, “For since by man came death, by Man also came the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ, all shall be made alive.”
Christ’s sacrifice, the crucifixion of His flesh, brings reconciliation of sins, resurrection, eternal life, salvation.
Christ is coming back again, not as a sacrificial lamb. He is coming back as a roaring, warring lion, to destroy sin, death, and the grave once and for all.
      Amen! Halleluyah!
Revelation chapter 22 verse 12 to 13: "And behold, I come quickly, and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.“
Now do you see friends, why Christ Jesus is so Important for our Salvation? Yes.
Now, do you understand why there is only 1 way to God, and that is only through Christ Jesus? Yes.
Christ is Salvation. Christ is our Lord and Saviour. Christ is the only way to God. Christ is the only Mediator between God and men (us humans).
God loves us so much, He does not want anyone to perish in hell. God wants all sinners to be saved. That is why He sent His Word to save the world. God’s Word became flesh, and dwelt among us to save us. Will you accept Christ and be saved? Your eternity depends on it. What happens after death is what is most important. Where will you spend eternity? Death is only the beginning of the next life.
Romans chapter 6 verse 23: ” For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
John Chapter 3 verse 16: ” For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.”
      Salvation is free!
Christ already paid the price, all you have to do is receive salvation through acceptance of Jesus Christ, Yeshua Ha Massiach.
      So who is Christ?
He is the Word Of God made into flesh. He is the Son of God. He is God. He is the Image of the Invisible God. He is the Alpha and Omega. He is the Beginning and the End. He is the Great I Am. He is Emmanuel. He is the Christ. He is the Messiah. He is the Creator. He is our Lord and Saviour. He is our Mediator. He is the Lion and the Lamb. He is the Rock not cut out by human hands. He is the Root of David. He is Salvation. He is the Way, the Truth, and Life. He is the blessing promised to Abraham. He is the Gift of God to the whole world.
God created the heavens and the earth with His spoken Word. Did you know that Jesus is that Word, through which all things were created? Yes.
John chapter 14 verse 6: "Jesus said to him,” I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
Colossians chapter 1 verse 15 to 16: "He is the Image of the Invisible God, the Firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.”
John chapter 1 verse 1 to 4: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.”
Christ is for all who will receive Him.
      Will you receive Him today?
This is how our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ said we should pray. Matthew chapter 6 verse 9 to 13: KJV
“Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name, Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.”
Now that you understand who Christ is, share Christ with others. Christ is The Good News. What do we do with good news? We share it. Amen!

      Forgive one another.
It is written, “resist the devil, submit to God, and the devil will flee from you.”

Have you ever looked at chalk under a strong microscope? If you had you’d see it was made up of microscopic shells. Now look at the chalk cliffs of Dover. Do you think that all these shelled creatures hung around Dover in their trillions and refused to move when the waters receded? Try using the brains God gave you

These theories, along with many others posited by young-earth creationists, are not based on credible scientific evidence - in fact, they contradict the clear empirical evidence in God’s creation.

      Carbon-14 Found in Dinosaur Fossils
      BY BRIAN THOMAS, PH.D. * |
      MONDAY, JULY 06, 2015
New science directly challenges the millions-of-years dogma scattered throughout the blockbuster movie Jurassic World. The spring 2015 edition of the Creation Research Society Quarterly (CRSQ) is a special issue that focuses on the investigation of dinosaur proteins inside fossil bones.
The last article in the issue presents never-before-seen carbon dates for 14 different fossils, including dinosaurs.
Because radiocarbon ( carbon 14) decays relatively quickly, fossils that are even 100,000 years old should have virtually no radiocarbon left in them.
      But they do !!!!
Jurassic World characters repeatedly mention "million years ago" in the context of their dinosaurs. In the movie, fictional scientists essentially resurrect and genetically redesign dinosaurs, pterosaurs, and even a giant mosasaur-creatures supposedly extinct for 65-75 million years.
The CRSQ study authors tested seven dinosaur bones, including a Triceratops from Montana, hadrosaurids, a cartilaginous paddlefish, a bony fish, and fresh-looking wood and lizard bones from Permian layers in Canada and Oklahoma.
5 different commercial and academic laboratories detected carbon-14 in all the samples, whether from Cenozoic, Mesozoic, or Paleozoic source rocks.
How did that radiocarbon get there?
The team also compared the results to several dozen published carbon-14 results for fossils, wood, and coal from all over the world and throughout the geologic column.
Comparable amounts of radiocarbon showed up in almost all of the 50
      samples.
Defenders of evolutionary time scales will have to assert that the radiocarbon all came from some sort of contamination, where recent or modern carbon somehow crept into all these samples.
This has been argued before, but the testing process itself is loaded with procedures that rigorously remove contaminants.
Secular researchers routinely detect radiocarbon in carbon-containing materials like coal, oil, marble, and diamond-materials they would like to use as "carbon dead" standards.
If contamination is really to blame for these results, then why does it appear in such supposedly old material as well as in every single fossil in the CRSQ report?
Broad-brushed claims of contamination weaken with every new documented carbon date from really old material.
Jurassic World delivers good entertainment as long as viewers overlook its bad science.
Real-world experiments counter the feasibility of performing impossible "de-extinction" procedures and repeated assertions of "millions of years."
Every one of the 14 specimens had Radiocarbon Years BP (Before Present) of between 17,850 and 49,470, corresponding to evolutionary age assignments of 10 million and 280 million years, respectively. Radiocarbon years do not correspond to calendar years because of past changes in the rate of carbon-14 formation and carbon content.

Actually Peleg occurs in a genealogy whether his timing has anything to do with the Tower of Babel doesn't seem necessarily the case. The other thing is the object of verb was the land not people divided over the land. I see the concern that if the continents really shifted all at once then there would be continent crossing tsunamis but I'm thinking about another alternative. Instead of the contents shifting how about the continents already having some separation because of the flood and their being ridges which were over the spaces where the "fountains of the deep burst forth" and then lets say now with free space under these ridges that would have joined the continents then collapse and the see floods into that space opening up more land and stranding the people that had migrated across these ridges to the other larger areas of land which now become even larger as the collapsed ridges fill in with water.

Extracting this STRUCTURAL water from ringwoodite needs very high temperatures, so even in the mantle transition zone, ringwoodite is stable and releases no water. Also, the amount of water virtually present in the transition zone has been compared to twice or thrice the total volume of ocean water, but this is combined structural water, NOT free molecular H2O.

Lets put aside the fact (and I mean fact), that a wooden boat of that size, would not be able to stay afloat and would sink rather quickly, there is not enough room to store the food or the animals, you have not enough people to take care of them and they would also suffocate within hours on an ark, as described in the bible.
Nobody wants to take your believe in god away, but large parts of the bible are myths, that are often stolen from older cultures and have nothing to do with reality. When the Earths crust broke and the "fountains of the great deep" released their fury, the ocean floors rose. That fact alone was a huge contributor to the flood. The mapping of the ocean floors in 1953 revealed some astonishing facts. We can still see the scars on the earths crust from the breaking of the fountains of the great deep! And when the fountains subsided, the ocean floors once again dropped back down. Taking with them incredible amounts of water.

This happened in Laurelwood, OR, primarily a Seventh Day Adventist community. While the seven weeks I stayed with them, they forced me to attend their SDA church, which I credit as the single incident almost 70 years later which started me down the path of becoming the solid athiest, which I remain to this day.
